Got it for my daughter after she moved into a new apartment with new carpet. Her daughter was potty training & it came in REALLY handy! She loves it!

I have had 3 different types of little machines over the years and this one is by FAR the best!!! If you are thinking of getting it, do it now!!! Easy to use, easy to clean it when done. Love it!

It did a great job cleaning stains on my carpeted stairs that I had not been able to remove with other machines. It actually made the 34 year old carpet look like new. It was easy to use and I bought it specifically for the stairs. It is also very easy to clean after use. It is lightweight enough to carry around the house for spot cleaning as well. I highly recommend this.

As of right now, this works better. The suction is better, it’s not as loud, and the attachment is very wide.

Loved it when I got it. Cleaned the carpet perfectly for me, and will be a device I recommend for a while.

Some old dogs leave puddles on the carpets. I have a large Hoover carpet shampooer that I love, but it seemed a bit cumbersome to haul out every time our sweet old dog pees on the rugs. I bought this smaller Hoover for that spot cleaning. I have mixed feelings. The shampoo alone doesnt do the trick at eliminating odor. They do include an additive for the shampoo that is advertised as a remedy for odor. I think Ill try a few drops of Dawn, and see how that works. I cant say that its much faster to clean the small Hoover than it is to clean the big one, when the job is finished and its time to put it away. The small one has no brushes to clean, but it does have a number of parts that need to be cleaned. The small size is great, and very easy to carry around. Glad I bought it, and am mostly pleased with how well it works.

I opened the box to find the brush with carpet fibers and water spots on the cleaning solution cup. The description didnt mention anything about being pre-owned/used. I paid for a new product, I expect a new product; not used. Ill repurchase the item. I expect it to be new. Not used.

I used it for the first time yesterday and it did fine. I have an anxious cat that loses a meal from time to time. This machine worked great as I was tired of Resolve spray. Yes it’s a little loud but so is my vacuum and my blender. I love the hose cleaning feature, the suction is sufficient, and the cord is pretty long. My only concern is the longevity off the hose. It’s designed to wrap perfectly around the bottom of the machine but how long will that hold up and can it be replaced? Overall I think it’s great for small jobs, after all it’s not a full sized unit made for hard/difficult stains.

We got this cleaner to replace a similar one of the same brand that stopped spraying water. Weve used it only once but so far so good. I trust these small spot cleaners better than the large upright carpet cleaners which, sooner or later, always seem to disappoint one way or the other.

Mainly use it to clean upholstery. It does the job. Its more for spot cleaning. The dirty water tank is pretty small and fills up quickly too quick in my opinion. The small detail brush (for vehicles I think?) is pretty useless, it did work on crevices but not much better than the main one. I wouldnt recommend if youre looking to clean car interior or find better attachments. Hose isnt long enough for trucks without putting it in the vehicle then it almost overheated.
