> 24 hourI really want this PC. I couldnt get it to turn on correctly or respond to mouse/keyboard. However, Amazon said on hold over 20 mins & HB would call on Friday; Monday at latest, but no calls. I got HB phone # off internet. HP helped me and PC started loud beeping sounds, HP said hardware issue & to send back (had it 4 days). Amazon Customer Service, Joshua, said only a manufacturer warranty, & I couldnt send back to Amazon. When tried to replace, message said exact model N/A even though is still being sold on their website. So, returning it for refund and in meantime ordering another. I was extremely upset with Amazon customer service and the lies. I finally found truthful info on Amazon site about how to return. Based on IT internet reviews, one of the best PCs

> 24 hourThis may be a fine computer, but just so you know HP is CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT IMHO in not writing documentation for this variant. Specifically when I received mine 5/18/2021 I could find NOT A SHRED of documentation on how the OSD button was supposed to work.

> 24 hourLike many thanks to covid, Ive made the transition to working at home and needed something that would handle doing virtual appointments better than a tablet. I selected this computer for screen size, camera I could turn off when not needed, and all-in-one set up as having a separate tower would make moving it out of the way when needed more cumbersome. The computer is great and does what I need it to do. Getting it connected to everything was a breeze. Only things I didnt care for are the included keyboard and mouse, but those are easily replaced with things that are more ergonomic, less crowded, and still quiet to use. I dont really use the touch screen too much, but it works fine. I could see needing something better if the main use for the pc would be for graphic design/other fields that are graphically oriented and need a stellar stylus. Over all, Im quite pleased!

> 24 hourGreat sized touch screen, with excellent touch response! TWO drives - a smaller solid state drive for the OS (Windows 10) and programs - then a TByte spinning drive for things like those thousands of photos you have taken...

> 24 hourGreat computer, however, the keyboard is too small, other than that I enjoy using it.

> 24 hourThis computer replaces a ten-year-old HP computer, both are all-in-one style. I use it for home and telework. A good feature, the camera has to be lifted from behind to be operational. For security my employer gave everyone a clip to cover the camera, but not needed for this computer. The picture (27 inch diagonal) is a little more grainy that the previous computer (24 inch). This computer does not have a resident version of Microsoft Office. One must either connect to an internet version, which I found unsatisfactory, or buy an annual subscription from Microsoft. This was an unexpected expense. The Realtek speakers are comparable to the Beats Audio speakers in the old computer. I rarely use the touchscreen features. The computer can be tilted slightly from vertical, helpful with Zoom meetings. This computer meets my needs.
