Super easy setup, beautiful form factor. Screen resolution is fantastic. Packaging is very secure, arrived in perfect condition

This PC is amazing for its compact size. Other than the one wire that plugs into the computer, everything else is wireless, including the mouse and keyboard. The screen is large and vibrant, and the quality is amazing! The Windows Hello feature also works with the camera, and the login is instant. Although the computer is not to be used for gaming, it is a great office computer and comes with amazing performance. I would recommend this for those who want simplicity in there office space or computer room!

This is my second touch screen and I will never go back to the old system. Touch screen is the only way.

I LOVE this computer Very happy with it and it works extremely well and very fast but I prefer to use my own mouse and keyboard than I already have.

There were 2 issues I did not realize until I had unit in home:

HP customer service sucks. I tried setting up my email in icloud mail . Everything went fine with aol email but I had issues with setting up my icoloud email. I followed all the prompts but nothing worked when I called hp support. They didnt do anything to help and wanted to forward my call to a software tech who was going charge me a fee to solve the problem. I have had this computer for less than two weeks and this is the kind of service I get after paying over $1200 for this hp product. Ill never buy hp products again.

I first had a Dell all-in-one, but it arrived with a damaged screen. I sent it back and was on the hunt for a different all-in-one. I went to Best Buy and several other stores doing research before I came back to Amazon and ordered this one. Im so glad I did. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Love the white keyboard and mouse. I like that the camera is down when you dont need it. The quality is awesome for my zoom meetings. Im extremely happy with this purchase. Now my husband wants one.

Another great HP. Easy set up. Works great, lightning fast. Plug and play... What can I say but I LOVE IT!!!!
