Greater than one weekRecommendations are to use 6 drops of the solution per 1 gal of water. Humidifier instructions state not to put anything in the water that goes into it, so who knows. I am not seeing any crusty buildup or unclean water at all but am adding water daily cleaning weekly, so conditioner may be making a difference maybe not. Just not sure.

> 3 dayThe top is just a wide mouth opening so putting 3 drops is impossible unless you get a dropper… not sure why it couldn’t have been shaped like eye dropper… Otherwise, it seems to work.
