Ive always liked the power and feel of an IR impact and this one did not disappoint, it is a little heavier than my old 2135 ti-max but it hits far harder. I gladly traded the extra few ounces for the increase in power!

Probably the best impact gun on the market. Took off the 25 years old wheel hub nut with no issues. Too owerful for regular use.

Strongest gun in the shop. Tried Matco, snap on for years. Finally bought this IR. Best money ever spent. My shop works on heavy duty as well as light duty vehicles. Shop compressor puts out about 120psi. No issues taking off big rusted bolts or lug nuts any more. My $600 snap on half inch impact is collecting dust now.

its amazing how much quieter these guns are compared to there normal counter parts i had a mac aw5500 which is basically the same gun and it worked great only had to replace the anvil once and the trigger over almost 7 years of everyday use as a mechanic i only bought this because i felt it was getting weak so i will be rebuilding the other gun for home use but when you first use this gun it sounds really weak but i took a rusted on axle nut off in about 5 seconds very impressed with the gun and how quiet it is i will be buying quiet tools from now on also make sure to get the boot i didnt get the boot for my 3/8ths gun and the case started to crack after about 7 years of being dropped

This is my everyday impact at work. It removes hundreds of lug nuts a week on varying sizes of vehicles (passenger, light commercial) and doesn’t skip a beat. It is super comfortable to hold and doesn’t rattle you too bad when your digging in to get a tough nut off. Plenty of torque, anvil makes socket changes easy. Just keep it oiled and it will serve you well
