I am not a cable fanatic in terms of paying $1,000 for speaker cables, but I do know impedance and resistance, so it was not hard for me to order this heavy gauge speaker wire. I now have no doubt that my speakers are getting all of the power they need, and then some. Nice wire. Finish off with some high quality banana plugs, and you have the equal of any high end cable on the planet.

Insulation is quite robust, uniform, and flexible, Allows separating the conductors cleanly at the center (i.e., it doesnt peel off toward one side or the other as cheaper products often do). OD of the insulation was a snug fit into the back of the banana plugs I bought to connect my speakers, but a little spritz of silicon lube took care of that.
