its a good cca cable, fair value. good for general use as speaker wire only. this product is as advertised + pictured. if comparing to other similar types this product this product ranks better. cca type wires are only good for light general use applications. use copper wires when premium sound is desired.

12 gauge is great, just make sure your receiver can handle the thicker wire. My Maranz NR1403 has posts that work best with 14 gauge wire which is thinner than 12 gauge.
