I used this as speaker wire to connect two 4 ohm speakers (smaller Advents from the 70s) to a new receiver. The sound is excellent. I installed banana plugs on the receiver end and used the wire to post connectors for the speakers.

Rewired my speakers. It wouldve cost a zillion dollars to by this much wire at Best Buy or any other retail store. Not to mention that not everyone carries 12 guage. Im entirely pleased!

Difficult to separate the wires without cutting through the coating and exposing the copper. I am returning it.

This is fantastic speaker wire. Full copper, true 12 gauge, lots of strands, and a nice soft & attractive jacket. This stuff ticks all the boxes and is an excellent value. It just barely fits into my banana plugs but looks GREAT once its all put together.

Yep, its speaker wire. I like the brown/tan color scheme. No problems separating the two wires cleanly. I almost didnt buy this because other reviews mentioned they had problems with the insulation tearing holes when split. Maybe theyre not holding their mouth right.

I purchased the 100 foot cable for $47.95 just two years ago and now its $75?! I know covid has inflated prices but wow will not be buying this here again. Although, cable served its purpose and sounds well but not for double the price. Ouch
