Man this thing is a beast. Aero G Gigabyte Board, 32g Corsair Ram, Asus Tuf Gaming 3080 12G. The thing rips through anything you throw at it. So nice...I am using a LL Galahad 360mm water cooler thing never got hot all summer in 90+ degree weather.

A little pricey for an i5 but works good in my nervous build

My first build with the 12th gen, so I went in with the intent of low cost. Paired with DDR4 on a modest MSI motherboard and cooled with the latest Noctua air cooler, I am impressed. Performance is a big step up from my 8700k in everything. Temps are very low, rarely going above 50C on the cores. In short, the 12600k is a great chip at a low price point.

This CPU will allow you game without issue for 99% of people and also allow graphics editing and design. It is a lot cheaper than the other 12th gen Intel CPUs so it is fully worth the purchase.
