Works great and a much better value than buying them in a pet store.

The pad itself seems very durable, from first sight you think you’ve snagged an awesome deal but then there’s the adhesive. It was nice and on for the first week and suddenly fell the tank without even being touched. The heating on it gets to temp (95 degrees) DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE, it’s 75 degrees on the outer edge of my HOT SIDE for my gecko, key word: Hot Side. I was very unimpressed with these two qualities. At least it hasn’t caught fire, right? - A very disappointed customer

Don’t buy didn’t stay adhered to cage for 30 days

The heat mat was easy to install and easy to use, but it gets VERY hot. I am glad I bought a temperature regulator to go along with it because if I hadnt my poor snake could have had his belly roasted off! I let it run without the regular jus to get it heated up and it was reading 120 degrees by the time I switched it back off. If you purchase this mat, make sure you get a regular to go with it!

Unfortunately it doesn’t work for what I want it to do. Needs to be on glass and nothing else. I don’t have any use for it.

When i first got this product, it worked great for the next couple days, but soon started to fall off the bottom of my tank. The heat isnt getting to my python or the probe cause of this. Ive tried to just press it in a have it stick back, but it doesnt stay for very long. Its getting cold and i am worried my python wont be okay with just the lamp I have. I saw a lot of good reviews on this product, but mean just didnt work how I hoped. Maybe I got a faulty one?

These are almost double the price at a pet store and don’t even offer as many sizes. They’re not temp controlled, that’s another device you have to buy but it’s a perfect heat mat for replies to enclosures. SUPER sticky so be sure to decide on placement before taking the sticky paper off to actually stick it on. It’s so hard to pull off if even an inch of it touches the glass and the adhesive doesn’t feel as strong after pulling it off to readjust. Basically be sure you want it there before you stick.

you should be using a thermostat any, so this ticks all the boxes for me. its very clean, not crumpled or rolled up like other brands, adhesive is strong enough and built on to the pad, and it heats pretty evenly. will be buying again

Barely able to penetrate 2 inches of substrate, and even then it wasn’t able to raise the temperature more than a degree or two in a 75 degree room, and that could just as easily be attributed to the lights I had running for the plants.

Heat is very evenly distributed across the mat and also as a bonus is a adhesive backing if needed I made this purchase to replace a pad earlier bought from Amazon which did not produce much heat and was not warm except on 50 % of the pad dimension Great value in a product that works extremely well.!
