excellent product, fit well and was exactly what I needed to get my RO system under my sink back online after installing a new faucet set for the wife. Remember, there are O-rings in this and you only have to tighten it about a half turn from hand tight. If you tighten it too tight, you may break or ruin the o-ring in the connector and cause leaks.

This item makes installing the filter a snap. However, the filter comes with a similar adaptor, just not the size needed to attach to standard faucet connecters. One would think that since you are paying for an adaptor with the filter it could have an either or situation?

All I can say is OMG I wish I had started with this valve instead of with the metal one that got all corroded and nasty and was so hard to tighten in that small space under my sink!!! Love it - installed VERY quickly and works perfectly, so when I am changing out my water filter stuff, I can easily shut the water supply off.

I used this after reading another review about it..... He was so right! This little adapter makes the job a lot easier and now I have a second shut off for just the under sink filter. It threads right on to the 3/8 faucet connection and then gives you a second shut off and connection point for another device, AND it swivels so you can turn it to the best angle! Worth every dollar. UPDATE, I have now used three of these! They are a great idea!

Fantastic! I used this to replace the cheap plastic part provided with a Culligan water filter. All connections are secure and leak free. As a bonus the 1/4 connection to the water filter can rotate for optimum routing of water lines. Fast shipping - very satisfied.

My refrigerator is on the back side of the wall so i just ran some push-to-connect tubing from its water supply. This humidifier requires you to fill the tank twice in order to be refilled from empty, plus the tank takes around 2 gallons, its great not having to do that twice a day. i bought a float valve and added it to the humidifier, now i dont have to touch it!!! Sorry, i know the pics dont show the valve, but it is behind the fridge.
