I needed a larger suitcase for a weeklong trip and this for the bill perfectly. This is the first hard sided suitcase I’ve had and I like how it protects everything. I transported some art home in the center flap that zips around to hold everything in place when you flip the lid closed. It worked like a charm to keep the artwork flat. (I suspect this is intended for laundry.) I also liked the packing cubes that were included. The wheels swivel well and made this easy to manage from my walker, and the bright red made it easy to spot coming off the line at baggage pickup.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Joyway customer service and had a very positive interaction with them. They were very responsive and resolved this situation to my satisfaction so I’ve added a star for being proactive and providing clear communications. I really liked this bag, it is indeed lightweight and rolls quietly and smoothly-and it stands out in the crowd. I even liked the clothes packing system which I didn’t actually think I would use but they are handy. My issue as you can see in the photos is that it was damaged on my very first airline trip. The corner was busted through to the interior lining and I’m surprised that the wheel held with what was left. I had expected it to be sturdier from reading other reviews but it did not hold up. I admit that I did not take out any product protection, based on the positivity of other reviews and I am past the 30 day return window so it turned out to be an expensive bag when you count the cost for one use. Suggest the manufacturer reinforce the wheel area, and anyone considering purchasing this bag—take out the product protection, maybe that will allow you to get a return or replacement which I am unable to do.

Very light weight. Wheels roll extremely smooth! Transition from hard wood floors to carpet a breeze! All the small bags are a great bonus!! Havent used them yet, so I will update afterwards. Slight color variation... pin striping is orange. Not a big deal, but I ordered green tags to match and now I need to swap them out for orange. Should have just order tags after I received the cases.

The suit case is nice and held up on a flight across country but the inside zipper is broken and wont zip up.

I bought this set as a gift for my aunt... She loved it and it made our travel a bit easier. I was able to maneuver through the airport with her luggage and mine in one hand and documents and things in the other. Cant wait to use it again.

Everything about this piece is great so far. It is light weight and rolls easily and smoothly. Packs more than you think. The extra bag and accesory bags add to the value. Recommended!

This was a great purchase, the luggage plus carry on bag were a good size. It fit everything nicely for my 3 day trip and had enough left over in both. they are easy to take around and the extras were really nice. This luggage made my first trip so much easier and had no trouble taking either on my delta and aero mexico flights
