The suitcase cracked the first time I used it. Took a flight and when I got my suitcase it was broken.

First time using the suitcase the inside zipper broke

Flexible luggage that has been sturdy for all the trips through through airport baggage handling. The only negative is the luggage doesn’t expand and strategic packing skills become a must. Very satisfied with purchase.

The handle broke on this suitcase the first flight it was used on. Very disappointing.

Very light weight. Wheels roll extremely smooth! Transition from hard wood floors to carpet a breeze! All the small bags are a great bonus!! Havent used them yet, so I will update afterwards. Slight color variation... pin striping is orange. Not a big deal, but I ordered green tags to match and now I need to swap them out for orange. Should have just order tags after I received the cases.

Havent used yet. First trip with, next month. I foresee no problems unless its a piece of junk. Wish me luck.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Joyway customer service and had a very positive interaction with them. They were very responsive and resolved this situation to my satisfaction so I’ve added a star for being proactive and providing clear communications. I really liked this bag, it is indeed lightweight and rolls quietly and smoothly-and it stands out in the crowd. I even liked the clothes packing system which I didn’t actually think I would use but they are handy. My issue as you can see in the photos is that it was damaged on my very first airline trip. The corner was busted through to the interior lining and I’m surprised that the wheel held with what was left. I had expected it to be sturdier from reading other reviews but it did not hold up. I admit that I did not take out any product protection, based on the positivity of other reviews and I am past the 30 day return window so it turned out to be an expensive bag when you count the cost for one use. Suggest the manufacturer reinforce the wheel area, and anyone considering purchasing this bag—take out the product protection, maybe that will allow you to get a return or replacement which I am unable to do.

This is more of an orange color. Has held up okay for 1 trip, well see how future trips go. Wheels work well. Traveling/paving bags that come with them are a waste, as the zippers broke immediately on several of them. Threw them all away.

Purchase this luggage and I am highly impressed with the quality of the item. Would suggest this to anyone needing a lightweight affordable piece of luggage. The packing cubes are an extra bonus and very very useful.
