Finally retired my suitcase I had for years. I wasn’t sure of the size of it because it was a gift but searching on Amazon the biggest size on average I saw was “28” For the price of most name brand “28” suitcases for an extra $30-$40 you can just get this bundle which is what I did. First off red and black is my favorite colors so this was a win off top. The “28” is big but not as big as my old suitcase so I’m assuming I had something like a “32-34” Being that I am an audio guy I need space to put in my equipment in. Although slightly smaller than my old suitcase surprisingly the 28” can fit my 2 of my 5” speakers, a mic stand, some wires and a couple of headphones without zipping up the middle part. I haven’t tested it via the airport as of yet but the suitcases seem durable. I love that the zipper locks in place and are easy to zip up. The handles seem pretty sturdy enough and the crazy thing is that with all my equipment it still feels lighter than my old suitcase. My favorite feature though is the the (4) 360 axis wheels. My old suitcase only had 2 wheels that you had to lean to roll which really sucked because I’m a tall guy. Overall this is a great buy

It cracked in two places. Down by the wheels. Very cheap grade plastic

Great buy for my trip. Perfect carry on and personal item for an airline and the wheels are the spinner wheels so easy to roll. The packing cubes were perfect.

The suitcases were basic and fine. I NEVER received the 7-piece organizer set and bag it was supposed to come with. I talked with Amazon customer service and explained I’m traveling and don’t have time to return the suitcases. The customer service rep said there was no way to get the missing components without returning the suitcases. Terrible customer service experience.

These look nice, the stripe is just a piece of plastic. These are fairly light weight and have some give to them are not rock solid. The corners and ends are sturdy. I cant speak on durability as of this time. Have used a couple of times seem to be Good.

    Greater than one week

I used 2 of them during my trip. Both bags lost there handles, and a wheel. Attached are the pictures of the damage. One part I love is the locking part of it. It worked amazing to keep my lilttle sister from my bags :-)

This was my first hard shell luggage and overall I am happy with my purchase. I bought the 20 inch to try my first carry on only trip to Europe. Here are my takeaways: Yes, I carried on winter clothes for 10 nights and was able to make it work. This is actually a bit smaller than I hoped for. I measured the case (not including wheels) and it measures 18x13x9. So a slight bit smaller than the allowance on most airlines. The packing cubes are nice for organizing, but these are not compression cubes. Great for a shorter trip where less clothes are needed. This case is not expandable. That’s unfortunate. The added tote is expandable but won’t fit under the seat if it’s fully expanded. It’s nice that it slips onto the handle. The case is very lightweight and the wheels worked wonderfully. I carried on so had no use for the lock. I ended up taking another 10 day trip where I needed some additional space and ended up buying compression cubes. It worked fantastic. While the case is great and I would recommend it, I am still on the hunt for the perfect carry on; one that is a tiny bit larger and that is expandable.

When I bought these I thought the bags that were included were just gonna be some cheap nylon bags. I was wrong about that assumption. The little bags are just as handy as the suitcase itself. And the suitcase is really sturdy. I have used it several times since my purchase and have yet to have a problem or even scuff marks. It’s a really durable suitcase. I can recommend this suitcase without hesitation.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Joyway customer service and had a very positive interaction with them. They were very responsive and resolved this situation to my satisfaction so I’ve added a star for being proactive and providing clear communications. I really liked this bag, it is indeed lightweight and rolls quietly and smoothly-and it stands out in the crowd. I even liked the clothes packing system which I didn’t actually think I would use but they are handy. My issue as you can see in the photos is that it was damaged on my very first airline trip. The corner was busted through to the interior lining and I’m surprised that the wheel held with what was left. I had expected it to be sturdier from reading other reviews but it did not hold up. I admit that I did not take out any product protection, based on the positivity of other reviews and I am past the 30 day return window so it turned out to be an expensive bag when you count the cost for one use. Suggest the manufacturer reinforce the wheel area, and anyone considering purchasing this bag—take out the product protection, maybe that will allow you to get a return or replacement which I am unable to do.
