Broken zipper on first use

The orange trim is very very cheap plastic, will never hold up to any handling, the shell is not as sturdy as described. I am now stuck with it as I leave for a trip tomorrow. I should get a refund for this junk whether I keep it or not. HIGHLY disappointed

Zipper failed day 1

This set is garbage. Did not survive one small family trip. 3 items are broken. 2 have wheel damage - one to the extent that the entire wheel assembly is coming off of the luggage. One piece has a broken handle - rendering it useless. Do not buy this product.

The luggage looks good and just the right size.

This little carry on holds a lot and the additional packing bags make separating and organizing your stuff easy. Also, it comes with an additional larger soft piece that qualifies as a personal item and can be slipped over the handle of the carry on. One note is the red one is not as nice a red as shown in the picture but its ok.

These suitcases held up well during the multiple flights we had across the USA. They rolled extremely easy in the airport. I was able to put two in one hand (back to Back) and then a 3rd in the other hand with minimal effort. The smaller garment bags were great to fill with those smaller items. The locks on the side are also a nice touch! I liked them so much I bought another large matching suitcase so that the whole family can pack and use the same luggage!

First off it came super late from the date that I was told I would receive it by. So I couldnt use it on my trip. Secondly, the quality is very cheap, it would have probably not lasted very long.

The luggage came out from the flights with a little scuffing on the rubber edging, no damage from the handling. I like the bag because it has a lot of room along with the wheels easily spin, the inside does have a seperation the zips up which is nice to hold things in place. The only issue I have seen so far is when I put my CPAP machine on the handle so I dont have to carry it the handle is too short to be above the machine.

Bought this suitcase for my first trip to nyc and it was perfect. Flew with JetBlue and had no problems.
