> 3 dayI had a friend come over from the UK who had a 30 fabric suitcase that wasnt going to survive the trip home. We ordered this luggage as a replacement, and were pleasantly surprised! Even though his previous suitcase was bigger, the way this suitcase is laid out made for much more efficient packing. The packing cubes were a nice addition which also helps for the packing efficiency. TSA lock was easy to use and was set in less than 5 mins. His bag was overweight for airport minimums the 360 wheels are a nice benefit to get places quickly. He set off today so well see how well it holds up going through a few connecting flights. The reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 was was the expandable handbag was not included in the shipment. Not a deal breaker since it wasnt why we ordered, but not receiving one thing included on the included product description was a bit disappointing.

> 3 dayThis was my first hard shell luggage and overall I am happy with my purchase. I bought the 20 inch to try my first carry on only trip to Europe. Here are my takeaways: Yes, I carried on winter clothes for 10 nights and was able to make it work. This is actually a bit smaller than I hoped for. I measured the case (not including wheels) and it measures 18x13x9. So a slight bit smaller than the allowance on most airlines. The packing cubes are nice for organizing, but these are not compression cubes. Great for a shorter trip where less clothes are needed. This case is not expandable. That’s unfortunate. The added tote is expandable but won’t fit under the seat if it’s fully expanded. It’s nice that it slips onto the handle. The case is very lightweight and the wheels worked wonderfully. I carried on so had no use for the lock. I ended up taking another 10 day trip where I needed some additional space and ended up buying compression cubes. It worked fantastic. While the case is great and I would recommend it, I am still on the hunt for the perfect carry on; one that is a tiny bit larger and that is expandable.

> 3 dayBought this luggage set for my very first cruise. The interior size was great especially the little bags the set comes with, looks and maneuverability were all good. However, when my luggage was delivered to my room and I started to unpack, the interior zipper had completely broke on the large suitcase. It was very difficult trying to repack when it was time to leave because that side of the suitcase no longer had a zipped up section. I’d definitely go with a better quality next time

> 3 dayNo complaints about this at all About 41 hrs of flight time so far with multiple carry on time and it held up well. I would recommend. It’s light and moves well. Only weak spot is the handle but is expected from a collapsible system.

> 3 dayI love that this luggage came with extra bags. It is easy to maneuver since the wheels rotate 360. It also comes with a lock so you dont need to buy a lock for your luggage anymore. I even got my cousin into buying the same exact one because it was that good.

> 3 dayI bought this set as a gift for my aunt... She loved it and it made our travel a bit easier. I was able to maneuver through the airport with her luggage and mine in one hand and documents and things in the other. Cant wait to use it again.

> 3 daySize enough for a week’s worth of clothing. The bags make you organize better which actually gives you more space. Survived our anniversary vacation…glad I chose this suitcase.

> 3 dayI was wondering about the durability of this brand because I was unfamiliar with the Brand. But the Price was right and I gave it a chance. I had to go from my home to Chicago to Tokyo and finally to Thailand and then the return trip with the same destinations. The luggage came out of all of this just fine. I was worried the wheels would break off or the zippers would fail, but everything works today just the same as when I first unpackaged the luggage.
