KA1214-BRK USA Fighting Knife, Steel

Im no knife enthusiast. I bought it because I feel everyone should own one. I bought this one in particular because its a popular brand and the color matches all of my weaponry. Its very durable (as far as I can tell), factory sharpness isnt bad (cuts through flesh no problem), looks mean (really mean).

This knife lives up to the name. I got it as a wilderness/camping knife, and for occasional hunting. The knife is well-balanced, and came out of the box perfectly sharp. I enjoy the serrated edge for cutting smaller limbs, and the point on the Ka-Bar is wicked sharp. If youre looking for a tough, versatile knife, this is a great choice, although too large for everyday use or carry. The hard sheath is decent, and can even hold the knife suitably well upside down, although a little bulky for my taste. Overall, an excellent buy whether youre a knife collector or just want a good blade for the outdoors.

Solid knife for any utility purpose. I will use it gardening and adventuring. This knife has stood the test of time, and is like carrying around a piece of history.

Great knife! But somehow Amazon had shipped me a straight edge instead of a serrated one... Still, since the knife works very well without one Ill be keeping what I have received. Distributors...! Please check the knife before you send them out! Although the sticker had the label USA-BLACK-SERR, the knife definitely was not..!

This is a legit k-bar knife, not a knock off. Its a very sharp do it all knife. Like most do it all knives, it is effective for almost everything you would need a knife to do, but doesnt excel at one particular use. Its bigger than I envisioned, and I probably would have gone with the smaller version of this had I known that, but thats not the problem of the product or the seller. For what I use it for, it does what I need and the quality of the knife from tip to hand guard is everything I hoped it would be.

Right out of the box this is a great knife!!!! Anyone who has ever used one in the field should not be skeptical of this item online (we all second guess prices that seem too good to be true) bc its LEGIT!! Awesome knife/sheath combo. Looking for a great, all purpose field/tac knife? You just found it!

I searched for the KA BAR 1214 tactical fighting blade, and this popped up. So I bought it at a great price, and when it arrived it was the KA BAR 1211. Small difference, and I still love this knife. For the price? You really cant beat it. Read further comments on this post for editing reasons.

k bars are awsome,razor sharp and light.I took it camping and handled everything i threw at it.Nice sheath,although i prefer leather.You wont be dissapointed.My only complaint is i wish the handle had a lanyard hole.

Holding up so far. I was a bit surprised at how light it is. Hope it serves me for many years
