These are the best! Great for hiking on packed snow/icey trails. Not for use on sidewalks or roads. Make sure you get a snug fit on your boots or shoes so they wont fall off.

Awesome product! I used this on a snow hike in Yosemite. We took the John Muir trial to vernal falls. It was covered in snow plus very steep. These chains allowed us to have total control of our steps. Which made the hike much easier and worry free of slipping.

One pair held up great the other one chain broke

I would compare putting these on to locking a vehicle into 4WD. I went from not feeling in control and slipping to full control and comfortable with my footing.

A necessity here in NH for walking and hiking in packed snow and on ice. Very reliable and sturdy. Easy to pull on and take off. Will not slip off your boots like some other brands.
