KAI Scissors 7250 10in Shears, Pictured

First, the scissors are beyond compare. They are comfortable in the hand, well-balanced, perfectly sharp from base to tip. They cut through fabric as if cutting through butter. They give one confidence because of their superb control and balance. By far the best shears I have ever used in 40 years of sewing. I will never go back to any other brand. Second, Kai Scissors has wonderful customer service. I accidentally placed an order for the 10 shears, and when I discovered my mistake, Kai immediately shipped me an 8 pair, which is what I actually needed. They are courteous, prompt, cheerful and accurate. Thank you, Kai, for making these extraordinary shears and for your great CS. A Note: Im a woman, with pretty average-sized hands. Theres a reason for the price. These are the best fabric shears Ive ever used. I know people who have been sewing for more than 50 years, industry professionals have all loved these shears. These are actually so amazing, like everyone said, it cuts like butter. And I absolutely cant find anything wrong with them. Its sturdy, not heavy when you cut, a really good size, and doesnt require as frequent sharpening. Get it! You will not regret buying these

These scissors are AMAZING!!! Im a professional upholstery seamstress so I use scissors all day long and have to cut through some very thick fabric. For the past 10 years Ive used nothing but Wiss or Mundial Stainless Steel Shears until a local sewing supplier recommended these Carbon Steel shears to me. He let me sample the 2 scissors next to each other and it was a day and night difference, truly! While both scissors can cut through thick leather or denim with some ease, these scissors made cutting through them absolutely effortless, like cutting through butter. While the other scissors took a little extra effort. As far as the design of these scissors I love how light they feel along with the handle design. When using the other scissors my fingers used to hurt after a days worth of cutting because of the constant rubbing/holding of the hard metal handle against them but not with these scissors. They are so easy to use and not hard on the hands like the other scissors. Ill never buy anything else again as these are truly amazing scissors. Also, just as a side note: I purchased the 10 shears which work good but they are a 1/2 shorter in the cutting area compared to the 10 Mundial sheers. So if youre changing from Weiss or Mundial to these sheers then Id recommend getting the 11 as I notice the 1/2 shorter difference when cutting. I will definitely be buying more and would highly recommend them!

I am an owner of an upholstery shop and I brought a pair of these scissors 12 years ago and I just brought my second pair and all the reason I brought the second pair is I hired an assistant. Highly recommend

Nice &sharp!better than any other scissors

These are amazing. I am a seamstress and have tried many well known brands of scissors and nothing compares to these. They cut through every weight of fabric including heavy wools and upholstery like butter. It cuts the edges of the fabric clean and smooth. Its also easy to use...doesnt strain nor hurt my hand.
