> 3 dayI wanted a wifi-enabled coffee maker but all that I found were too large or too expensive. With this device I can start any el-cheapo coffee maker plugged into it, from bed whenever I am ready -- not just when the clock says so. Be sure to develop the habit of remembering to either switch off your coffee maker or filling it with coffee and water first though. There wont be any safeguards against bonehead moves like powering up an empty coffee maker.

> 3 dayI was concerned when I read some of the other reviews that I may have issues with disconnection issues, but so far these have worked perfectly for me. In addition, I have a TP-Link DECO Mesh WIFI system, which I thought may cause some issues (sometimes Mesh Systems can be a little weird for smarthome devices) but not problems at all. I use mine with Google Home and Google Nest Speakers & Home Hub and Im very happy with the entire experience. I also have a few of the regular lightswitches and 3-way lightswitches as well and everything works great.

> 3 dayAfter a couple tries, I got these HS103 smart plugs connected on the Kasa app (lose 1 star on install). Then I was able to connect each plug to my Google Home account. Now I (and my wife) have on/off buttons for each smart plug on our Google Home apps. Slight bummer is that automation (auto on/ off by time) has to be programmed from Kasa app, not google home. so lose 1 star for integration. Although Google Home integration could be better, overall, it meets my minimum requirements. Anyone w my Google Home can turn each outlet on / off independently.

> 3 dayKasa used to be great. My entire house is outfitted with Kasa smart products. However, I am entirely fed up with the connection problems via the app. The app is constantly having issues now - when this happens you cannot control your smart products via the app. I.E. There’s no point in having them. This is incredibly disappointing after the ridiculous amount of money I have spent over the years on Kasa products. I will be looking into other options from other companies, as I’m done waiting for Kasa to get it together. If you have no purchases Kasa products yet, I would steer clear and look into another brand. It’s not worth the frustration.

03-06-2025Feels like buying a disposable electronic device. Its impossible to reset when you move. Instructions say you have to rename the new wifi & password to the same as the old network. Still doesnt work. Otherwise, great device while it lasted. Easy to control through the app, love the sunrise-sunset setting, and no need for an alexa/siri hub.

> 3 dayI was looking at smart plugs I normally use Wyze products, but I found a plugin that I use for my 3D printer using octo print and it allows me to use this same model of plug to remote turn on my 3D printer from the web browser or from Alexa or google, with plugins for octo Print I have this plug setup with my printer so when the 3D printer is finished it will detected that the print is finish and it will remote turn off the printer by via smart plug. I would highly recommend this plug if you own a 3D printer.

> 3 dayThese work perfectly; they are just a little bulky. They connect easily and stay connected. They work with the Kasa App on your phone like a remote control, and with Alexa so they are very convenient, plus they have an on/off button on the side. I have several and am very happy with them. Just think about where you want to plug it.
