3rd Time is a Charmer
> 3 dayI needed a set up, that in the long run would be able to turn on and off my external hard drives, and a table lamp that sits behind my desk. I have several other TP-Link Kasa smart products, so that was one less app to have. I have never had a problem with integration or functionality with Kasa products. I ended up using one of the plugs for my wifes work laptop, but as you can see, there is quite a bit of space between each outlet. That provides more flexibility on what you want to plug in. Pros: - Adequately spaced outlets for potential larger plugs - If you have multi devices to plug in that you want smart access to, this is better than buying a normal power strip or surge protector and then buying additional smart plugs to plug into them (ie. buy a 6 outlet strip, only to have 3 individual smart plugs taking up all 6 spots on the strip) Cons: - Nice flat 90° plug for tight places, but I wish the cord itself was longer than ~36 inches. I ended up 3m velco taping it underneath the desk to keep it out of sight. - Price is a little on the high side. You could save a few dollars going the route I mentioned earlier (strip and individual smart plugs), but this is still more aesthetically pleasing, thus justifiable.

> 3 dayGreat item, works great easy to setup. Alexa setup was also easy. Linked this with the other receptacles I have in the room and with one command I can turn all on or off.

> 3 dayEasy to use and install (install was less than three minutes to set up). Only issue is that the cord itself is only about three feet so had to use it for something else. However the features outweigh the benefits of me looking for another one so later I’ll invest in a different brand with a longer cord.

> 3 dayIll preface by saying I already have two casa smart plugs and an Amazon plug. I also got this on sale and only paid $24. So Im familiar with smart devices and it was relatively inexpensive. I love being able to control multiple devices with this one strip. I use it for my phone, string lights, and a fan in my room. Its great because I can set timers on everything, so this way Im not wasting energy or killing my battery on my cell. The app makes it pretty easy to set up too. I also like that it has a surge protector so its keeping my devices safe while I use it. I dont like to give things five stars unless it was truly perfect, but this came INCREDIBLY close to my standards for five stars.

> 3 dayI use several Kasa TP-link products, they are excellent and reliable. The only limitations of this product are: it is not possible to control the switching off or on of the whole strip, but only of the 3 sockets, unfortunately not even the two usb can be managed to be switched on or off.

> 3 dayThis power strip has made my smart home life so much easier. This power strip allows me to control my devices remotely, schedule them to turn on and off, and monitor their energy usage. It is also compatible with Alexa, so I can use voice commands to control my devices. One of the best things about this power strip is that it is affordable and comes from a trusted brand. Only saying this because there are many brands similar but from cheap, third party brands. It is hard to find a power strip with similar features that doesnt cost too much, but this one offers a great value for the price. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make their home smarter and more convenient.

> 3 dayI have several other Kasa products, so when my previous smart power strip randomly died one day, I decided to finally shell out the extra dollars to get one from a brand I trust. I love that this power strip has a flat plug and was super easy to set up. Since Id already set up several other of their products, I just had to open up the app and take a few quick steps to be fully powered up. My one big issue with this power strip is the USB ports. For whatever reason, having my phone cord plugged in to the USB port just isnt working. I get a notification on my phone to check my charger connection, even though the cable is properly plugged in and Ive never had an issue with this cable before. My phone still technically charges, but it can take hours and will only actually charge if Im not using it. Other than this issue, Im pleased with the power strip and would definitely recommend this brand to anyone considering smart products!

> 3 dayIts great that I can set it to only have one outlet on instead of the whole thing. And I can have Alexa turn each one on and off or I can do it manually. The lights are a bit too bright for having it in my bedroom. It would be nice if they were dimmer or there were a way to adjust the brightness of them. And it would be nice if the charging ports could also be turned off and on. I mean, I seriously dont need them to be on all the time. Ive considered putting a smartplug at my wall outlet to turn the whole thing off LOL And the cord could be at least a foot longer. So those things are all that keep it from getting 5 stars from me. Hopefully this review will inspire a few tweeks for future models :)
