Great Product

I use this stuff mainly for audio cables and equipment. I dont think Ive made a bad solder joint yet using this. Runs a little wetter than some of the other stuff Ive used, but that results in virtually no oxidation.

Easy melt, flows great and makes great connections.

I had previously used mainly relatively cheap solders but decided it would be worth it to invest in a better product. This solder flows really well and I had no issues at all soldering anything from through-hole to SSOP10. The roll is huge and even with a decent bit of soldering, it looks like it will last a long time. There is a bit of a sweet smell from the flux (I assume), but I dont find it to be distracting or off-putting, actually, I prefer it to some of the other smells of different solders.

Want it thicker, triple strand and give it a tight twist. Great solder, only the best.

This is just a great, smooth product to use. If youre just getting started with diy electronics repairs- trust the reviews; leaded solder is easier and better.
