Kester 24-6337-0027 Solder Roll, Core Size 66, 63/37 Alloy, 0.031 Diameter

I love this stuff. Ive tried many types of solder, and Kester in general is my favorite.

Most agree this solder is one of the best out there. I needed solder for an aircraft project, and I needed top quality. Ive used it on a number of projects in the aircraft thus far and gotten consistent and secure welds. Im no expert, and I selected this solder based on the reviews of others, but I doubt youll be disappointed with your purchase.

Leaves clean and shiny bonds behind. I usually get the no-name stuff but splurged on this using a gift card. I will buy this kind from now on. Its thinner (runnier) when hot than other 63/37 solder, dries as shiny as lead-free, and has a sharp visual transition when cooling to solid, so you know assuredly when its safe to move to the next connection.

Been using this solder type for 50 years. EXCELLENT flow and boding. The flux is also easy to remove.

Yep. Soldered lots of stuff with this. I thought my joins didnt look right then I looked at them under a magnifier and they look perfect. Must be the solder. Thank you Kester.
