> 3 dayToo wide of body. Fair write speeds for the buck 18.6+ MB/s. Kingston is one of my go to brands for value and reliability. For the price these are good for bootable drive use and such. Buy better for moving files or backing up pics.

> 3 dayI wasnt paying enough attention to the fact that this drive didnt have a light on it so, if thats important to you, pick another one. However, besides that, its working just fine for me. Im currently using it as a drive containing all the system repair tools and OS install .iso files that I could ever need.

> 3 dayVery convenient drive to use, but the drive comes formatted in FAT32, which limits the size of any single file you copy to the drive to 4GB. If you are using this drive with Windows 7, 8 or 10, you want to reformat it into NTFS before using it to remove that restriction. Very surprised that a modern (USB 3.0) flash drive would be formatted in such an archaic file system.

14-06-2025I see a lot of complaints here about how slow this stick is. For me on my USB 2.0 desktop machines and TVs, its plenty fast and just as fast as the others in read mode. Its really small size and flip/click open/close with no end cap is a real bonus on this. The lettering on it does not stand out either like on other Kingston sticks. I like how it cannot really be seen on the side panel on my Samsung HD TV. I also find those usb external hard drives go bad quick and now use this stick also as a 64GB external hard drive. Gonna buy more!

> 3 dayWell, the first one I got was defective. When it was plugged into my Win PC, it caused disk management to lock up every time it was opened. On my Mac, the drive wouldnt even format. Amazon is shipping me another. When that one arrives, if it functions better than the first, Ill update this review. Update: Got the replacement from Amazon (not in short order, mind you) and the new drive works flawlessly. I was able to install Win10 on my newly built rig in about fifteen minutes and the drive doesnt get as hot as some others Ive used. If you can avoid the defective ones, its nifty little drive.

> 3 day(Its colored because I bought 2 of these and had to mark them) Ive believed the Kingston flash drives are built well since I bought one quite awhile ago for school and it lasted so long and was so dependable so I started buying this brand and havent been disappointed yet. This particular one has great transfer speed and overall great value for your money. The only thing I could find negative about it is the track its set up with to open and close has the potential to become jammed if some crap gets in there, plus ut really seems to serve no purpose anyway since the end is still exposed. But for the money this is a 5 star buy its working out great!

> 3 dayThe only complaint I have, and its probably true about most Kingston & PNY and probably other flash sticks, they are VERY SLOW to write, even when in 2.0 compatabilty, drops to about 4mbps, but speedy to read. It serves its purpose, and yes, I will buy it again. I recommend not using for a live OS boot if you expect lots of writes (for swap files, etc), But for storage of files its perfect. Its a tad power hungry on the USB port at 300mw.

> 3 dayBought 7 of these for various use purposes e.g. OS installer/booter, run ESXi, live OS, etc... Solid product worked as expected on Windows and Mac, priced right, recommended!!! Tested read speed 124MBps, write between 19MBps to 24MBps. It took approximately 10 minutes copied 13GB file onto USB stick. Copied from USB stick to Windows desktop took less than 2 minutes.

Greater than one weekThis 128GB Kingston thumb drive has held any storage I have needed to keep on it for the past year and a half. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
