Komelon SL2816; 16 x 3/4 Self-Lock Tape Measure

Nothing but pros for this tape. Tape is stiff enough you dont always have to have a second set of hands (when you cant hook onto anything). The tape will lock in the out position which is super handy. Tape overall is durable. Only down side, dont open it out past 24 9. It will fall apart.

Its perfect! Auto locks so you aint fighting the thing trying to get a measurement!

it’s just perfect. Very easy to use, not too bulky, the locking feature is handier than you would think.

I use a tape measure constantly throughout the day,and am hooked on the komeleon. Also got exactly what I ordered (not the newer yellow style,which Im not crazy about),with very quick delivery. Probably order a couple more soon. If the little stopper gets dirty it wont stay out as well,but all you have to do is take it apart and clean bottom side of stopper with alcohol and youre good to go. Only tapes I use!

As soon as this tape measure arrived, my husband said and I quote, “I am so jealous!” He has the standard tape measures, but none are as substantial as this nor have an awesome locking feature that the Komelon has. I needed this in my nursing job, where I have to measure distances that people are able to walk in their homes. This is easily read from a standing position when it’s on the floor and stays in its locked position. Big, hearty recommendation!

Have been super reliable and have had my old tapes for seven years or so and finally killed my 25 footer so got the same tape and am sure to be good for seven more years. Woodworking, mechanic, lumber cutting
