> 3 dayIf you are someone that needs a tape measure like this for daily use (construction, etc.), pay a little more for one that will last. This is good for occasional use, but will not last for regular use.

> 3 dayNot a big tool gal, but had to leave a review because this truly is THE BEST tape measure. It locks automatically, easy to read the numbers and lightweight. Going to buy by my friends all one for Christmas. Excellent produc no

> 3 dayI have been a carpenter for over 40 years and have purchased many of these tapes in the past. In fact they are the only tapes I have purchased for quite a while. They arent perfect because as some of the lower ratings have mentioned they will get quirky and not work as intended but because of the amount of different brands of tape measures that I have used in the past these ones hold up for the longest time .and are compact enough to sit in your nail belt without the bulk and weight of many other brands.

Greater than one weekIve been using these at work for several years now. The lock is different than most tapes, but I really like it. But the real reason I order these is because no one else at work has a bright green tape measure. Makes it easy to find mine.

> 3 dayThe measure tape is very good quality if not better than the more expensive alternatives. Would be even better if it has both inch and cm

Greater than one weekThis is a great tape measure. The tape stays in place when pulled out for measurements and retracts easily and quickly by pressing the release button. Recommend!

> 3 dayIve used a self locking tape for years and it finally wore out. This one is a good / great tape for short measurements, but when you get toward longer measurements it does not lock, and starts to retract, which is a problem since there is no way to manually lock it at that point. Otherwise, the font is readable even in low light and on the wrong side you can tell the difference between a 6, 8 or 9. Accuracy is excellent with both inside and outside exactly the same.

Greater than one weekThis is a great tool for measuring things around the house. I just used it the other day to measure how big a signed picture of Hall of Fame MLB player Harold Baines is so that I could buy an appropriate frame for it. Its nice and big so its hard to lose (I lost the small measuring tape I had before) and the surface is very easy to grip and hold. The lock feature is intuitive to use.
