> 3 dayThe tape was easy to order and quick to come to the house. I like that the quality was very good. It doesnt peel or loosen at the edges. It was just what we needed for my husbands knees and my back.

> 3 dayAfter tearing a muscle, the doctor suggested this tape to relieve the pain while I healed. Doc was correct! I didnt even notice the tapes were there. Would highly recommend.

Greater than one weekI bought this because my physical therapist uses it. I have joint issues due to arthritis and carpal tunnel and this is so easy to apply to wrists and at the elbow joint when doing lots of arm and wrist work. It’s a must when sewing, canning, gardening, yard work, cake making and decorating, and bread baking. My hands get a work-out and this works so well to add extra support. My husband uses at work on his knee, and also his wrists and elbows when doing yard work. It’s a great way to minimize even prevent joint and muscle pain.

> 3 dayI had a bad shin splint for over a month. As soon as I applied the KT Tape and compressed my muscle to the shin bone the constant pain subsided and allowed for the injury to start healing properly.

> 3 daySo I bought a bunch of this stuff after I had people recommend it to me. I seen that doctors sometimes used it, so I got some. I was told I had plantar fasciitis for 2 years until an MRI said that instead both the bones at my foot joint were dead. When I thought it was PF, I was doing the wraps they said to do with KT tape and the only positive I got from it was the fact it helped to hold my foot into place. I guess that might be all it’s suppose to do or maybe the fact I didn’t have PF was the reason it never provided me with much help or relief. It’s hard to say. A girl at work sweared by the stuff. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I can’t really say that it was terrible since I was using it for something I never had, but even with my dead bones, it did hold everything in place more than compression socks and it was much less hassle free in comparison to fully wrapping my foot. This stuff is expensive though. My only advice… Don’t stock up on it like I did without knowing if it’s going to be great or not. LOL
