Greater than one weekI have suffered from migraines for the past 10 years. A lot of my migraines seem to stem from having a stiff neck. I heard kinesiology tape can be helpful in dealing with these. I am extreamly pleased with my purchase. Since my original purchase,I have purchased 2 more times. I typically use 1 to 2 of the pre cut strips each time, depending on how I choose to apply it that time. They do stay on very well. I shower with them on daily and they typically last me 4 days but I have worn for 5. Depending on where you are applying these they can be difficult to apply. i cut one end of my strip and apply those ends to the base behind my ears and run it behind my neck and down my back. sometimes it doesnt go on very well since I cant see what Im doing and I end up having to start over using a new strip. Like I said It stays on very well, UNLESS you try to move it once its already touched your skin. I have gotten pretty good at applying it but sometimes its just easier to have someone help you with it. I have also used it to help with back pain and applied it on my sister for lower back pain and in all attempts it seems to be effective. I highly recommend doing some research and watching you tube videos on how to apply these as a lot of it deals with pulling the tape during some of the application to get the most benefit out of them. I love all the color choices. I do recommend if you are wearing them during your normal day to get a less noticeable color, as you will get a lot of strange looks and a lot of questions. I am thrilled about trying this product and I will continue purchasing!

> 3 dayI have a connective tissue disorder (EDS) that causes my joints to be hyper mobile. My knees, regardless of how much PT I do to strengthen, still dislocate, as do my elbows and many smaller joints like fingers. During the hotter months, my joints get worse, and the colder months make my joints stiffer and therefore less painful. I had a friend recommend these to me after they had a sports injury. Best. Idea. Ever. I slap these babies on and around my knees and look out world, I’m held together with tape, but I’m coming through!! I do have to be careful removing the tape, just because I bruise easily and can tear my skin very easily, but the adhesion is spectacular! These bad boys aren’t moving anywhere! I also love that they are discreet, so I can still wear clothes without a bulky and uncomfortable knee brace. They help alleviate some pain, but they’re not perfect. It would be lovely if they made some with some pain relieving gel inside. I’m still hyper mobile with them on, but I can still go on jogs in the summer like I would in the winter. If you have a connective tissue disorder or have bad joints that need some support, definitely give these a go!

> 3 dayI have patellofemoral syndrome in my left leg that I developed while hiking the White Mountains in New Hampshire. I did a lot of research and PT stretches and found that taping my knee provided the most relief. I not tape my knees before any vigorous physical activity and this tape in particular holds up to the sweat and the rubbing of my hiking pants. I’ve tried other kinesiology tapes, but this brand is the best!

> 3 dayIve always had hot spots on the pad of my feet just before my arches due to my sweaty feet with the smallest amount of friction. Ive tried every cream, gel and powder available and just about every running sock on the market to minimize friction. I usually have problems going beyond 6 miles due to the burning pain and was fearing whether I could go the distance in my upcoming half marathon. I attended the Chevron Houston Marathon Expo and saw the KT Tape booth where there was a long line of people waiting to be taped by KT personnel. Being the Guinea pig that I am and having tried everything else on the market,I said what the heck and hopped in line too. After describing my issues, she taped each foot with one full strip longways from just under my toes to the back of my heel. She then cut a strip in half and put both short ways across the pad of my foot so that the entire pad was covered by strips. Well, I walked about 500 feet before feeling the tape starting to peel on the ends. Another expo participant shared that the oils and lotions on my feet were the likely cause of the peeling and that alcohol helps. So, I went back to the KT booth and sure enough she sprayed an alcohol solution and applied fresh tape. This time it lasted through the rest of the day and through my half marathon the following day. No pain, no burning, no friction and no peeling of the tape!!! I did another half marathon last Sunday. I wiped my feet with alcohol first and applied the tape exactly as it had been applied by KT....again, worked perfectly!!!! This stuff is amazing. I went on a 2 mile run this morning, applied alcohol first as usual. This time however, I only applied half of a strip across the pad of each foot. Worked like a charm. Gonna try using this same method for longer runs. In short, the tape is very effective even in the moistest areas but the key is to apply alcohol before applying the tape to remove excess oil.

> 3 dayI have been using the KT Tape off and on for over a year to help with an injury that flares up when I over work it. It does help support the damaged muscles, I just have to be smart enough to know when to say when. At first I bought the regular cotton tape, this time I got the premium product. Very similar. The synthetic stretches a little less, so it feels like it holds firmer to the applied area. The adhesive seems the same to me. The synthetic does last a couple extra days, as it tends to peel up on the edges less than the regular cotton. It also holds less water after a shower than the cotton tape. The packaging was the most significant upgrade actually. The little tub it comes in is nicer than the bare role. I will purchase the synthetic again if I can get it for a small premium over the cotton. If it is more than a couple bucks extra, Im fine with the base model. Check the colors, sometimes you can get a good deal on the ugly ones if you dont mind. :)
