> 3 dayThese paints are different from watercolor and gouache I have used. There is an unevenness when painting dries and a patchiness. But I think it is because a new technique is needed. Possibly a different paper. I look forward to learning how to use them. They are beautiful and rich colors. The pans are bigger and therefor they are not full to the brim. If you put the same amount of paint in a pan half the size it would fill it. So they are worth the money. I may come back later and give more stars.I am not sorry I purchased them.

> 3 dayVery impressed with this pallet! As a beginner I don’t have much experience but I was using cheaper liquid paints before and was looking for an intermediate quality that was affordable. I am very satisfied and now that I have started using better brushes (Princeton heritage) and paper (arches cold press) I am loving the results!!!

19-04-2025I love the packaging! It comes with a swatch form to put each color so you can reference it easier! Very vibrant yet sheer colors that apply easily! Though advertised as for beginning artists even more intermediate to advanced users wouldn’t go amiss!

> 3 dayThe set was really beautiful and nice quality for the cost of it. Really nice that you can take out individual colors out of the box as well to make it more convenient. Really glad that I got it.
