The paints are very bold in color. I did a search of each color on my Canson XL paper and they are vibrant and easy to blend. A little goes a LONG way and these beauties are going to last forever.

It was a great price for the 48 colors and I love all them. I saw this same set for $25 more. They are creamy and rich. They come packaged in box each pan comes out. There is a clear plastic to set over the whole box that has a deep enough ridge for mixing colors.G

I like the large assortment of colors. I used this for my illustrations.

These watercolors/ ink pans are peerless in their versatility and quality but I recommend buying them from a website that specifically deals with art supplies; these were poorly packed and one of the paint pans arrived shattered.

After my previous pallet went missing I was really looking forward to using this one. The colors looked great, it was huge and even featured metallics. Then I actually tried to use it. The biggest issue is the patchiness. The paper can be completely dry and the second I would attempt to paint over a previously laid down layer all of the watercolor would be picked up by the brush and move around so there was never any solid pigment. The pigment itself is both way to sheer yet way to opaque. The moment I would water down the paint it would become far to sheer to really use and I would have to use layer upon layer in order to attempt to get an even decent color yet due to the previous issues the pigment never became opaque and was just patchy. It’s so unfortunate because not only does the well it’s self look very pretty but it is also pretty expensive. So honestly just look for a better brand with the same color palettes.
