Arrived all the way from Japan in perfect condition. Very pleased.

I’m a watercolorist and wanted a more opaque paint that wasn’t gouache. They take some getting use too, you can’t approach them the same was as watercolor. A little goes a long way and they blend so beautifully. I paint with watercolor and then use my kuretake for my darks and my opaque pops of color. I highly recommend. They aren’t lightfast, so I would recommend a varnish if possible.

The colors in this palette are exceptionally beautiful. My wife cannot stop raving about how vibrant they are and steadfast. She did not care that they were targeted towards beginners. They worked for her in everything she has applied them to. The size of the trays of color are large and fit larger brushes . As well, there are many many colors to choose from. Knowing this product came from and was Japanese, it makes sense that it was priced appropriately. We both highly recommend getting this palette is you love using watercolors with bold, vivid colors!

Multiple colors damaged, but most are usable. Im not going to hassle with a return, this was poor shipping vs product issue. Still my favorite brand of watercolor.
