Arrived more damaged than advertised, with dents on the front cover and machete attacks on the sides.

Very practical... Fast and usefull laptop. Not complains. Highly recommended. I used it for personal and business purposes.

After a month the wifi antena is keeps on dropping and i constantly need to reset the wifi on the laptop.

This laptop has had issues with charging the day I bought it. At first, resetting the battery via the pin on the back cover worked, but 3 months later, that method no longer works. Once the battery is totally drained, it doesnt boot up even when plugged in.

I purchased this as a 2nd laptop to use for my classes.

This laptop is an amazing value. It is super speedy, has a great display and very comfortable keys and track pad. I use it to VPN into my work computer and it works flawlessly. However, my one-star demotion is because the design concept for the keys is maddening! The lettering is super faint. The keys are (weakly) backlit, but when viewing the keyboard at any amount of angle, the lettering basically disappears. I am a fast touch-typist, and there is the typical orientation bump on the keyboard, but I still find myself squinting and craning my neck at the keyboard, especially when using symbols or F Keys. I tried using appliqued letters, but the feel was annoying. It is a shame that such a high-performing computer would have such a serious flaw, which seems like it would have been so easy to rectify.

The most frustration is with windows 10 OS and Microsoft 365.

It might get some scratches easily but very good apart from that

Excellent- lightweight- fast. Performed as expected.
