Greatest machine I have ever had!

The computer overheats to the point I cannot touch the upper keyboard. The computer is still under warranty - I entered a service repair ticket in June and never heard from Lenovo. Called their customer service 8/23 and was guaranteed a return call within 24 - 48 hours and have not heard back. I can understand unexpected issues with electronics but the lack of customer support is unacceptable.

With everything online this semester for school, I was looking for a good laptop for taking notes. This laptop works excellently. The touch screen is very nice and responsive and the laptop itself is lightweight and can easily be adjusted to suit your needs. For the best experience writing, Id recommend getting a stylus, as this laptop does not come with one unless you add it on. All in all, this laptop gives you all the important features that premium ones have while also staying affordable.

I loved this computer when I first got it, but within months realized that the slow wireless reception i was receiving was not due to my ISP deficiency but to the Lenovo computer itself (this problem is all over reviews elsewhere but somehow I missed it before purchasing). Now we are experiencing COVID and I really need this computer to perform but. Lenovos service, at least at this time, is very poor. During such a time a drop in service is expected in most industries but Lenovo service is the worst I have experienced so far.

Had the c720 and was ready to upgrade. Build quality is excellent, touch screen is fantastic. Just about everything has been upgraded and it is great. Arrived 2 days earlier!! Great shipping, great price !!

Every time we move this laptop we get a bluescreen and it shuts off. We purchased premium support they have sent a tech out multiple times to fix multiple things. We then had to send it in to them to get it fixed. They had it for 2 months. We got it back and it is still doing the same thing over and over.

Is anyone having issues with the sound crackling? Also it says it is running low when I try to use the microphone on Zoom. My other computers do not have that problem. And the ctrl + f4 key will not show that the microphone is muted.
