The laptop is pretty, but it gets stuck. I have few months with the laptop and it freezes sometimes, this does not happens with olders laptops. It’s very defective in that subject, and I can’t know what this is happen. Just sometimes or some days, the laptop does not allow me to work more than 15 minutes. DO NOT BUY THISSSS

Is anyone having issues with the sound crackling? Also it says it is running low when I try to use the microphone on Zoom. My other computers do not have that problem. And the ctrl + f4 key will not show that the microphone is muted.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. Customer service told me to purchase another laptop before they would send me another laptop is not fair. I am a full time college student that does not have an extra 7-800$ sitting around and I need my laptop hence all classes are online at this time. I have yet to hear back from customer service to resolve my complaint. I even had Lenovo technician come to my home to try to fix my laptop and he said I would need a new device. The customer service has not responded. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend!

I give it a thumbs up yesterday when I was setting everything up. But soon after that I noticed the battery wasnt charging as I had 60% charge last night and shut it off and left the charger on it and only had 40% this morning!!! POS

Display, keyboard, speakers, and build quality is top tier. The speed is unimaginable.
