However, after that first week, when I went to turn the laptop on, it would log in, and after the initial start up the screen would go black. Could not access my files or anything beyond the start up, and could not troubleshoot on Lenovo website. It was very frustrating, especially with how new the product was. Sending it back for a return.

> 24 hourIm 24, my generation hardly cares about customer service, we just take things and move on but I feel this must be mentioned as it could be helpful to others. I spent a pretty penny on this less than a year ago (July 2020) - I expected it to behave for at least 2 years before I began seeing problems. 1. My USB c port stopped working, and 2. the finger print pad works less than half of the time.

> 24 hourI’ve had this laptop for a couple weeks now and I’ve really been liking it! I love that it is touchscreen and that the keyboard lights up. That’s really useful when it’s dark. It works really well, not many complaints. But there are a few. First, it came late but it’s not their fault. Second, when I got it, it was “Out-Dated” and needed an update. I think that they could have already done the update before sending the laptop. Third, the battery (for me) doesn’t last long but it’s gets me through a couple hours before it needs a charge. I also love that they have a “Fast-Charge” option. That’s really handy. Also, it’s really light compared to other laptops, so that’s a plus! I really recommend buying it!
