> 3 dayI purchased this computer around December of 2019 (not from amazon, but from Bestbuy). It has been excellent overall. I am most impressed by its memory capacity and its speed. The keyboard is very good also and allows very fast typing. The touchscreen works well, although I dont have much use for that. One drawback for me is that it didnt come with MS Word, although some sources (Bestbuy possibly) may give you this option with an extra payment. So I downloaded OpenOffice and LibreOffice. One thing which is also missing is an HDMI port, so I bought two converters, one converting from HDMI to USB C, and another for HDMI to USB 3.0 (standard). One of these will have to be purchased if you want to use HDMI.

> 3 dayWe purchased this computer for our grandson as a graduation gift to take to college. He has been working diligently to get it set up and ready to go. It is the same basic computer that his sister used for the past four years during college. She says it still works as well as the day she got it. I think this is a great computer for this purpose. It will do everything needed without a huge cost.

> 3 dayHas been great for my kids home schooling. The touch screen has been a must feature for a 1st grader who doesnt know how to type yet. We use it primarily for daily on line school classes and the other online class work, so its not over taxed from a graphics or memory perspective.

> 3 dayThis is an attractive laptop with good features at a reasonable price point. However, the laptops on/off button failed in less than a month of ownership. We returned this two weeks ago, but havent heard back on our refund.

> 3 dayI bought this particular computer after reading the reviews from Consumer Reports. I needed a basic laptop for web browsing and Zoom meetings and one that would take up minimal space on the kitchen countertop. I have been very happy so far. I would have expected to pay more for the touch screen and fingerprint recognition. The setup went well and I have not experienced any problems. I enabled the battery mode that limits the full charge to prolong battery life. Rather than charge to the mid-60% range, it seems to limit the charge to around 56%. So far, thats not a problem as it stays connected to the charger most of the time. Immediately after set up, it didnt appear to be charging at all. Using the built-in support app, I was able to get a Lenovo technician to remote connect and check for problems. She didnt find anything and the computer did resume charging a short time later. All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance, features, and price paid for this computer.
