I have had this laptop for 2 months now and I have no complaints it is amazing. Best chrome book for the price.

System intermittently stops recognizing drive. Many online complaints, but no solution. Lenovo customer services either denies any problem or provides “solution” that is a waste of time n no solution. No drive failure (put the drive in an external case n it works great as an external hard drive). Chrome book works well if you want to check email or surf the web, but it’s not a computer in any sense of the word.

Works great for what we got it for. Mostly my wife reads books and keeps track of her Facebook.

Got this for my mom. I had bought her 1st Chromebook 4 or 5 years ago. Everyone in the family attacked me for having done that at the time. I coached her and all went great. So I just replaced that one with a newer and more slick model. She uses it for surfing the web, emailing, watching movies and loves it. The self standing mode to watch movies without seeing the keyboard is a plus. I may get one for myself too.

Amazing little netbook. Its fast and does exactly what I need it to - word processinf in Google docs, talking to my partner on Discord, and watching youtube videos.

Honestly one of the worst things I have ever spent money on, its hard to navigate the keyboard is literally the worst! DO NOT BUY THIS, I can not stress this enough.

Great Chromebook, excellent price! It performs awesome and the battery lasts all day. This device is comparable to a 5 or 600 dollar 2-in-1, with the exception of lower screen resolution. Unless you are accustomed to a 1080p laptop, you will never know the difference.

Nice chrome for back to school. Great for college age..

Very easy for the traveling type. I use for quick info gathering or work purposes.
