I really like the laptop itself. They did advertise that it was windows 10, even though its windows 11, which makes me pretty mad because I hate windows 11 and all of my other devices are windows 10. Not a super big deal but slightly annoying. I use it for school and for games occasionally. One thing about playing games is that it throttles your fps unless youre plugged in, which was annoying initially, but not a big deal. This makes more sense now that I realize how bad the battery is. Im lucky if I get 1 minute per 1% of battery life, even just doing school on battery saving mode. Its unfortunate but it just means youll have to be charging constantly. Dont expect to be able to take this to a coffee shop and study without having to make sure youre sitting next to an outlet. Overall 4/5 stars, great, fast laptop, horrible battery!

This is supposed to be a gaming laptop and the battery is horrible. Just browsing the internet and doing easy things. Doing these things it only last hrs before saying its low battery life.

I am not a huge gamer, Ive dabbled in the past with pc gaming, and liked it much better than console gaming. I recently got the itch to do some pc gaming again at 47, and wow have things changed! I started pc gaming with Battlefield vietnam, 1942 and 1917, I, being a star wars fan, purchased the deluxe edition of SW Battlefront, and this pc plays it seamlessly, no lag. Idk what FPS im running but my settings are set high, the graphics are great! I also purchased Forza 4 Horizons and initially thought i was not going to be able to run it, but no problems after a few settings changes. this pc does not give you a whole lot of storage space for many games, and can slow the processor down, so I highly recommend a 1tb external HD. I stored all my games on there, instead of the pc. this is also upgradable from within, and plan on doing so soon. overall, i am very happy with the purchase.

Added one 8gb stick of ram and pulled the tiny nvme in favor of a Sabrent 2tb nvme. Only drawback that I came across is the 2.5 drive and the full sized nvme slots occupy the same space, so you have to choose which you want. Would have been happier if the choice was between the smaller nvme slot and the 2.5 slot, but the 2tb drive I installed is plenty.

it allows 1 extra monitor via HDMI. make sure to go to AMD support and download the Radeon Software. its not included by Lenovo. the Radeon software will automatically optimize the graphics card. it also allows you to tweak the displays and GPU settings. theres a Setting in Display called Virtual Super Resolution that sharpens the display on a large connected screen. i had display fuzziness on the second screen (24 monitor) until i installed the Radeon Software.

I like what it does for the price. It did not come with the caddy and cord for the hard drive upgrade. I contacted Lenovo several times to get these parts and no one seemed to want to help. Be warned, if you have issues be prepared for poor customer service from Lenovo. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase.

I purchased this gaming PC for a Healthcare professional who takes images using an x-ray device. Dicom images open faster using the Ryzen processor, versus the Intel processor. The office staff was very impressed.
