> 3 dayFor its price point, I am impressed with this laptop. I really like the GTX 1650 GPU which allowed me to run Second Life at 50 fps which is good and comparable to what I get on more powerful desktop computers. Realize that display is only 1080 HD, the SSD is only 256 GB and RAM is 8 GB shared with the graphics. There is no touch screen. Given those limitations, this is still a very powerful gaming machine. The laptop came with a bag of misc parts and no reference in the manual on how to use them. They appear to be parts needed to install a 2.5” hard disk or SSD which considering the small size of the SSD in this model, I found very interesting. I did find a maintenance manual online that looks like it might be useful in taking advantage of these parts. It would be nice if the unit had come with instructions because I would definitely be interested in upgrading the storage on this laptop. The small SSD that came with this laptop is very fast. Things that I didn’t like about this laptop was that although it has a camera on it, it does not support the face recognition for Windows Hello, nor does it have finger print recognition. The other thing I didn’t like was that after spending a day running Windows 10 updates, it still wasn’t at 21H1 when it done updating. Hopefully it will catch up soon. It may sound like I am not happy with this laptop, but that isn’t true. I really like it. The wifi was very fast reaching speeds close to what my ISP service provides.

> 3 dayBought this product and came with the screen scratched and dead pixels. Sent it back and 2.5 weeks later they haven’t even began reviewing it for repair or replacement on them sending a broken laptop that is under warranty!!!! Have called countless times their customer service is awful. By no means ever buy form this company!!!!!

> 3 dayIts great for the purposes I use the laptop for, being obviously gaming, but the false advertising on the RAM is a bit annoying. It is stated there are 8 gigabytes of RAM installed in the Laptop but in actuality, there are only 6 GB (5.9 if were being technical). It isnt too bad but some games wont run all that well with a lower amount.

Greater than one weekPackage arrived very well packed and delivered with care. Easy to set up. Keyboard feels more like the old IBM ThinkPad business laptop which is fine. Size feels good to me. But the monitor display seems slightly grainy to me. Not as sharp as I had hoped. Not sure if this is due to my product or set up. Plan to call Lenovo customer service to get help. Will update review after a few more months.

24-04-2025It was in Windows 11 despite it saying windows 10 on the market but overall the gaming experience of the laptop itself is amazing. Very silent, very affordable.
