I’m loving this product. After a night of a few too many drinks, I mix this up and put on my bedside table. Every time I wake up, I take some sips. By morning, I’m doing great. It’s not the best taste, so I sometimes chug half, then fill up with more water to dilute for the night. Highly recommended!

Like water until I tried this stuff I usually put a half of the powdered stick in 30 ounces of water and repeat throughout the day. Very low-calorie, vitamins, and electrolytes. Exactly what I need and love.

This is my second go to flavor. It is very refreshing and taste amazing.

5/5 Rating This works!!! In my fathers case - a little too good. He drank one Monday and he was back and forth to the bathroom all day. I drank some and I did notice a difference. It hydrates you and makes you feel as if you drank 3 bottles of water. Also, it tastes pretty good. I like the grape flavor the best.

IMO these taste great, and they were a huge help to me in abating fatigue when traveling, but I was shocked by the amount of added sugar in each packet.

I have tried this flavor and strawberry. I liked strawberry, but found it to be too salty AND sweet at times. The grape is delicious, but also has that salty taste. I can get 2-3 uses from one packet. However, the price is just too much. I purchase the Amazon ones now instead.

I bought this product to help hydrate more quickly before work. The concord grape flavor tastes great, and the electrolyte solution helps invigorate the body after waking up.

Love all the flavors liquid iv offers but Concord grape is amazing. I drink multiple liquid ivs a day and so thankful they sell these in packages of 3 so I dont have to reorder so often
