If Ive had a bit too much to drink, I take one of these with water before I go to bed that night and I wake up feeling so much better than if I hadnt! My only concern is the amount of sugar in this formula, but all of their flavors are great!

Like water until I tried this stuff I usually put a half of the powdered stick in 30 ounces of water and repeat throughout the day. Very low-calorie, vitamins, and electrolytes. Exactly what I need and love.

I friend of mine recommended this to me. I first got the lemon line and the taste was tolerable I was taking it for the benefits. I decided to buy a different flavor and chose this one, the grape, and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised.

5/5 Rating This works!!! In my fathers case - a little too good. He drank one Monday and he was back and forth to the bathroom all day. I drank some and I did notice a difference. It hydrates you and makes you feel as if you drank 3 bottles of water. Also, it tastes pretty good. I like the grape flavor the best.

We love Liquid IV for electrolytes. We drink them any time we have a headache or have been working outside in the heat. Very beneficial. My husband loves this grape flavor.

Ive been using liquid IV since it came out starting with the original flavor which was basically ocean water. Theyve improved over the years and each flavor they come out with is better than the last. The grape is where its at though!! Of all the flavors this is by far my favorite! I highly recommend predosing with liquid Iv before you go outside/do anything where you know you are going to be dehydrated. Im a wedding photographer and drink one before leaving for a wedding and I can tell the difference in how I feel from the weddings where I remember to do it vs. the ones that I do not.

The grape flavor is tasty and easy to swallow. I was suffering from severe dehydration because I did not drink enough water. Now the grape flavor helps me to drink more and increase hydration.

These are fantastic for staying hydrated in the summer months (or anytime I suppose). Just be mindful of the calories in each packet. 45 per packet. Compared with Gatorade Zero at 5 calories per 12oz, the Liquid IV is a bit heftier. It tastes great and really helps slake your thirst after a tough workout or outdoor summer activity.
