> 3 day5/5 Rating This works!!! In my fathers case - a little too good. He drank one Monday and he was back and forth to the bathroom all day. I drank some and I did notice a difference. It hydrates you and makes you feel as if you drank 3 bottles of water. Also, it tastes pretty good. I like the grape flavor the best.

> 3 dayI saw this item and decided to try it. This product is amazing...Im just not a water person and drank coke products exclusively. Now I drink only water with liquid IV. I work overnight so energy can get real low. This product changed all of that also. Im not gonna lie I drop 120 about every 3 weeks but I drink IV 2-3 every night. Its still cheaper than the coke 12 packs i was buying. I cant say enough about this product its worth every penny I spend on it.

> 3 dayI normally love grape flavored things. I can’t say the same for this product. It works well but tastes bad. I prefer the lemon lime or strawberry.

> 3 dayI have tried this flavor and strawberry. I liked strawberry, but found it to be too salty AND sweet at times. The grape is delicious, but also has that salty taste. I can get 2-3 uses from one packet. However, the price is just too much. I purchase the Amazon ones now instead.

> 3 dayI absolutely love Liquid IV for rehydration! I always make sure I have it stocked in my home and drink one after/during each workout. The grape flavor is my favorite.

> 3 dayA friend of mine sent me a sample package of a few brands of electrolyte replacement powders and I have to say this one did the most for me. It contains glucose, which is actually crucial in delivering energy to cells, and the folks complaining about that (who are not actually diabetic, theyre just carb-phobic and brainwashed) are missing the point of this entirely. This replicates what youd receive on an IV in the hospital. There is a good reason for the inclusion of real glucose as opposed to stevia or monkfruit. Either learn more about this or keep buying other mixes that cater to the keto madness. For those of us who value energy and know how cellular biology functions, this is a game-changer and something to keep on hand for pre or post-workout, summer days spent outside, illness and generally keeping on top of true hydration. Please note; this does NOT replace pure water. It should augment the consumption of enough (for you) pure water. I like to have a full or half serving of this before bedtime, I tend to sleep better and wake up feeling more refreshed. But guys, PLEASE get this onto the FSA approved list like your lesser competitors, I beg you. Youd sell a lot more of this, as its pricy, and youd be helping a lot of people.
