Liquid IV amazingly hydrates you, and fast! Whenever Im feeling dehydrated, I drink one of these, and within minutes, Im right as rain. Make sure you get a flavor you will like, as there is a slight saltiness (that would be the electrolytes) to the flavor, so you want to enjoy the flavor as best you can.

Taste better then all the other hydration packets. But hey, some folks like mayo and some Miricle whip. Some folks like Macdonalds and some folks like to live. These packets work fast and taste great. Mcdonalds cant say that anymore now can they ....stay hydrated friends.

This stuff is a staple in my pantry…my boys use it for sports, I use it before and after heavy duty chores, hiking, hunting, etc. keeps me from waking up with calf cramps in the middle of the night

LOVE the grape flavor. Tastes like grape bubble gum! Not too sweet, easy to drink.

Each packet is covered in spilled product and the inside of the bag is coated in powder. It’s really gross & sticky. Come on liquid iv, you need better quality control. We’re paying for a premium product & expect better. Lower the price (by A LOT) and maybe we’ll be more willing to cut you some slack on the messy sticky packaging. The grape flavor is in my top 4 flavors. (Yellow cherry, piña colada, grape & passion fruit) I’d love a true peach flavor (not fake candy like tasting) & a reformulated pear (the pear was shockingly gross).

So I fell for the RO system. No complaints until I began going back to the gym. I would hydrate until my pee was clear. I’d workout but then ended up having these nagging headaches everyday. Not sure why, but I kept up with water and Advil. I read reviews and bought this. Believe me when I say this stuff works miracles. The taste is great but keep in mind it should be 16oz no more no less or you will not enjoy the taste. I use two of these packs for my 32oz bottle. I drink it before, during, and after my workouts and I’m amazed as to how my headaches have vanished. The strawberry flavor is certainly a favorite and tangerine. You won’t be disappointed.

Randomly stumbled across this and man has it saved my bacon from a major hangover! After a night of heavy alcohol consumption, just drink it before bed! The serving portion says 1 Packet but honestly its a LOT so I split it to 2 or even 3 servings! Instead of pounding 4 glasses of water just 1 of these gets it done! Flavor is awesome too! Price is a steal. Its also nice if youre sick with a stomach bug and cant eat! It gives you nutrients and sits well on your belly

Bought for husband who does drink water. Was getting dizzy due to being dehydrated. Says he can tell the difference not dizzy when he drinks.
