Look, I know that theres a thousand different thoughts on what is & isnt a good hydration drink. Some want it for hydration/electrolyte for workouts/hiking, some want it for electrolytes/energy for workouts/sports, some want it even for curing hangovers... Truth is, its the same thing, no matter who makes it or what you use it for! Yes, you can get specialized formulas for anything, but the basic ingredients are all really the same, just in different formats. Some meant for one thing, some for another, some just general supplement. For me personally, I use it for hiking/hunting. Its not an immediate fix, certainly no cure for anything at all; but a supplement for my diet and exercise that helps me get through some tough times. I hike some really rugged country & I know my body uses lots of stored energy of various kinds. Ive been in that situation where heat exhaustion or simple depletion has taken you to the brink of complete failure, laying on a ridge with nothing ahead of you, unable to even drink water without throwing it up... trust me, Ive been to the REAL END of things a time or two. I put one of these (sometimes two) in by camelpak and I dont look back again. Ive never had those problems again since I started doing it, and therefore I can swear by it. This wont give you energy, this wont make you stronger, this wont make you better in any way! What this does is keep you from falling on your face & dying because you got in over your head & didnt bring the proper nutrition with you for your body to live on until you found the right way to do it. End of the day, all these kinds of drink mixes are a quick-fix, meant to help & support, and they do. Of all the ones Ive tried, this one is pretty damned good. It tastes good, makes me feel good, it shipped out fast, I use it lots... BUT I know what it is, and so should you!

I. Like most - have a hard time getting in all my recommended doses of water. With this I feel more energized and my body aches go away ! I use one very day ! I don’t like sweets - these are great !

I love the passion fruit flavor of liquid iv. I literally feel the energy and life come back into my life once i drink one of these. Whenever i feel hung over or dehydrated I take one of these and instantly feel better. Tip: you can mix this with your greens or l-glutamine to elevate the taste if you’re not fond of the taste of those two powders

The flavor is so gross we couldn’t get thru it. We get them for work happy hours since we have to be at work the next day. We thought these would save us but the flavor is yuck

This product has helped me to stay hydrated and to get essential electrolytes. My doctor limits my water intake so this really helps to keep me going during the day.

I like the flavors. My favorite is Passion Fruit. When I am I’ll with vertigo I drink 2-3 packets a day and it helps me recover faster. It replaces the electrolytes my body needs. Any time I’m sick it helps. When I feel tired from overdoing things I drink a packet or 2 and I feel much better. It’s great I love it. My daughter drinks it daily. I recommend it to all I know to try it. When I first started using it I could only purchase it online with Amazon. Now you find it at grocery stores as well as other stores. I will continue to purchase it through Amazon because I can get it regularly and as much as I need plus the flavor I like. Use while working out. Thank you AMAZON!

Tastes great,vitamins and a good dose of electrolytes

I was so burnt out. Caffeine did not help. I had a low grade ache all over my body. I remember when I was young, a farmer saying that he mostly treated his pigs with minerals and had good success. The first day I started this drink - I got all of my todos done! That hadnt happened in a while! This drink worked so well for me that I barely need any caffeine drinks. (I just forget to use them!) I have since tried the Sprouts Brand. - Not nearly as good. but OK in a pinch but Liquid IV is my go to drink. I works out to less money than I used to spend on sugary caffeine drinks. I like the Passion Fruit. The Pina Colada - not as much. Caution: Ive ordered a few times and if they send you the wrong flavor - you cannot return it!!

If you are of the millenial age range and enjoy alcoholic beverages (for example the occasional half bottle of red wine), just buy these in bulk and drink one before your night out. Or do what I do and forget, throw it in your purse, and try to classily sneak it into your water glass at the restaurant. Your friends will tease you, so bring extras for them because theyre just jealous they didnt think of it. I buy in bulk and have a cute little tin of these on my kitchen counter. I used to get groggy or a headache after an evening with a few cocktails or a work happy hour, and I havent gotten a hangover once since I started using these. Heard about them from a fellow millenial friend and want to pass it along. Just be careful about the flavors, most of the citrus ones are pretty gross. If the crystal light flashbacks are too much, you can also dilute in a small amount of water and then just drink a glass of regular water after to chase it down.

Great for the bad hangovers and when you’re super sick! Only flavor I can stomach.
