> 3 dayI like the flavors. My favorite is Passion Fruit. When I am I’ll with vertigo I drink 2-3 packets a day and it helps me recover faster. It replaces the electrolytes my body needs. Any time I’m sick it helps. When I feel tired from overdoing things I drink a packet or 2 and I feel much better. It’s great I love it. My daughter drinks it daily. I recommend it to all I know to try it. When I first started using it I could only purchase it online with Amazon. Now you find it at grocery stores as well as other stores. I will continue to purchase it through Amazon because I can get it regularly and as much as I need plus the flavor I like. Use while working out. Thank you AMAZON!

Greater than one weekIm a professional dancer, and weight train (powerbuilding) 5/6x a week, so I carry around A LOT of water on the go. Liquid IV has completely changed the game for me. Just a few sips during studio time - or at the gym - and I immediately feel less fatigued and thirsty. Just half a pouch keeps me satiated for 2 hours during training. Its great if you hate having to go to the bathroom constantly. I also like to drink it an hour or so before bed so that Im feeling energized when I wake up. You get dehydrated during the night as youre spending 8hrs or so with NO water, so liquid IV solves that issue. Im sure the main competitor (forgot the name) is great as well, but I have no need to try it, or any other electrolyte-esque drink. Liquid IV is the only one youre going to need, I guarantee it.

> 3 daySo, I’m definitely always dehydrated and I never drink as much water as I should. We also stopped drinking caffeine so, we’re constantly tired and someone had recommended these to us. The first time I tried one, I actually felt way better! Seemed to give me a little energy and a clearer head. I just overall felt better. I saw some complaints about the taste, which I had no problem with whatsoever. I think it tastes pretty good actually. So, whenever I’m not feeling so hot or just feel I need some extra hydration, I’ll grab one of these.

> 3 dayI swear by these! I drink one before I go out, one when I get home and one in the morning, pop a Tylenol and I’m good to go. However the times I skip these I’m groggy and have a headache no Tylenol is going to help. I have also used these when i have been sick and losing fluids and they do help! This is a staple product in my home now.

> 3 dayI was so burnt out. Caffeine did not help. I had a low grade ache all over my body. I remember when I was young, a farmer saying that he mostly treated his pigs with minerals and had good success. The first day I started this drink - I got all of my todos done! That hadnt happened in a while! This drink worked so well for me that I barely need any caffeine drinks. (I just forget to use them!) I have since tried the Sprouts Brand. - Not nearly as good. but OK in a pinch but Liquid IV is my go to drink. I works out to less money than I used to spend on sugary caffeine drinks. I like the Passion Fruit. The Pina Colada - not as much. Caution: Ive ordered a few times and if they send you the wrong flavor - you cannot return it!!

> 3 dayI first tried Liquid I.V. when a friend offered it to me because I was dehydrated. When I get that way, I get leg cramps in my sleep. I was a little apprehensive of drinking it. The reasons for it was, it probably will not help alleviated my leg cramps and the taste would be awful. Well guess what? It did help with the leg cramps situation and the taste was good. It didnt have that weird vitamin pill aftertaste , like I find with other powder drinks healthy drink mixtures. The taste is more like a lemon lime profile. I liked this product so much, that I decided to by a package of Liquid I.V. Ive been through 2 orders worth so far. I can say, I have got my leg cramps under control. In the past I have drank coconut water to help with the cramps. I still drink it ,but now I have an other options that works for me. So if you decide to try it, I have a few tips about this stuff: 1. When mixing the powder into water, its better to have it at room temp. I find mixing it when the water is cold or if you already have ice in your cup, the powder doesnt dissolve as quickly. You are left with bits of the undissolved powder floating in the cup. When you drink that, its a major flavor explosion in your mouth, and not in a good way. 2. I personally find the amount of water suggested to mix with the powder is not enough for my palate. I like the flavor diluted a bit more. I like to add water to all my sports and fruit juices because of the intense flavor profile. 3. Try adding sparkling water instead of flat water. It will taste like a lemon lime soda. Well thats my opinion about this stuff. I definitely recommend you giving it try.
