> 3 dayThe aftertaste of the passion fruit is odd, which sucked because the initial taste is good. It wasn’t so awful that I couldn’t finish them and wasn’t necessarily bad, just weird. Overall, won’t be purchasing this flavor again and was glad when I finished the bag and could return to my trusted lemon lime.

> 3 daySo about 2 years ago I was diagnosed with chronic dehydration. I learned that I had to drink a lot more fluids than the average person otherwise I would feel very out of it (dizzy and fatigued mainly) making it hard to concentrate and function for the rest of the day. I needed to drink half my body weight in ounces consistently throughout the day; ie not just chug a huge bottle of water in one sitting every 4 hours kinda thing to feel normal. It can be difficult making sure I drink enough water throughout the day and remember to do it every 30 minutes. I decided to try these to help multiply my hydration. Been using these for a couple of months now and as long as I keep on top of my fluid intake every day I feel great and these make keeping on top of it so much easier. I dont have to drink as much water as frequently because these help my cells bring in and hold onto the liquid faster and longer. Normally if I feel dehydrated, it would take several hours for me to feel better with just plain water, but these help me feel better within 30 minutes to an hour allowing me to chug a higher volume without it just going right through me. I enjoy the flavor selection too and use one packet a day to keep on top of my hydration. Im hoping once I reach my weight loss goals it will be even easier to keep on top of my hydration without depending on these as much, but in the meantime they have helped me feel a lot better and function to my full potential to get everything done during my day. As a bonus these are perfect for hydrating really easily before a big work out section. Also great for staying hydrated on long road trips or on hiking trails without making you have to pee every hour (in my case anyway).

> 3 dayI swear by these! I drink one before I go out, one when I get home and one in the morning, pop a Tylenol and I’m good to go. However the times I skip these I’m groggy and have a headache no Tylenol is going to help. I have also used these when i have been sick and losing fluids and they do help! This is a staple product in my home now.

> 3 dayThis came highly recommended, and I see it in Costco a lot. I needed to get some hydration packets as I sweat a lot these days and lose a lot of trace minerals, salts, etc. So I purchased this along with several other options. I wish I could give a half star, as it should be 3.5, but the downsides are too much to allow for 4, so 3 it is. 1 - WAY too much sugar. 11grams is a LOT. Granted its organic pure cane sugar, which is a step up from what most major brand sports drinks offer, but as an electrolyte, sugar is the least necessary to replenish for most diets. 2 - Second ingredient is Dextrose, which is fructose corn syrup, or fructose, depending on what its made from, but its a dried out powdered form of it. It doesnt indicate the sourcing, but even so, its concentrated sugar, and fructose is 1/2 highly toxic. Pared with Sucrose? Im wondering what the thought process was here in having a secondary sugar product, and having the top two ingredients be sugar. The added sugar makes even less sense when theres Stevia and Citric acid, so a sweetener and a sweet enhancer. Its most likely to create a better tasting product to sell more. This is more a marketing tactic than anything, knowing that Gatorade is beloved because its essentially sugar water. Problem is this especially makes it something I wont be purchasing again. 3 - Silicon Dioxide? Why? Theres no need to worry about caking with this, as even if the powder forms a solid bond, when it hits water it separates anyhow. At least this tends to just move through the body, but thats unnecessary. Its not inherently bad unless it gets past your gut walls. 4 - Price point? Why so high? Its a bit insane how expensive this is. Is it sourcing? Is it certain doctors taking a cut of profits? If theres a valid reason why your brand is so high when others can keep their prices at a reasonable level and still have great sourcing, then Im all ears (and a far superior product). So the pros: 1 - Decent Potassium level 2 - I actually prefer the salt levels, but for most Americans this is actually critical, as were generally VERY low in Sodium in general. Bad science on the impact of high sodium and correlations to heart attacks (theres no science on direct causation, and the correlative science is sketchy at best). Though I do eat a lot of salt, I do tend to sweat a LOT, so if this were less sugary, I might reconsider (except the price point is ridiculous). Theres more hard data on low sodium being dangerous, so this is actually a tremendous positive, potentially higher than the decent Potassium levels. Also, if you take a lot of potassium, you need to balance it out and help your body flush extra with extra sodium, as it then flushes out extra electrolytes, and high potassium is very dangerous. 3 - Vitamins B3, 6, and 12. Missing the critical 9 though, but good nevertheless. Decent levels, not particularly high compared to other brands but over the recommended levels by a fair amount. Helpful with energy and restoration after a workout (12 helps repair DNA damage). 4 - Vitamin C, but at very low levels. Then again this is mostly for cell repair or if youve taken on sickness, and cleaning out unwanted elements in cells (so cell flushing of whats been repaired). Good to add. I mean the positives are great, but the price point and high sugar just kill it.

> 3 dayI have tried a few products from gatorade, body armor, nuun, and so on to help in assisting my hydration since it is incredibly important that I stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes to not have flares with my conditions. While those products are okay, they never work quite as well or I have specific issues with them that leave things to be desirable compared to this product. Overall I have been buying these consistently for months after several medical complications that leave me dizzy and light headed without. I do not drink many other things besides this or plain water. PROS - It works noticeably better than other products with helping me manage my symptoms - It works FAST for me when I am feeling bad or my blood pressure tanks. I feel better within an hour or two of sipping on a bottle. - While it is very sweet, I actually like the flavor as opposed to just tolerating it - Very easy to put into a water bottle and mix it quickly - Doesnt have a weird texture or faux carbonation that makes it hard to drink - Easy to travel with if I have to go somewhere away from home for extended periods - For me the price is a little high but worth it after doing the math and comparing it to other options and their prices CONS - May be to sweet for some people (I have a sweet tooth) - I have only tried Passion Fruit, Strawberry and Grape. I found the Strawberry tastes like I am drinking strawberry nerds and it gave me a headache from how sweet it was, but Passion Fruit and Grape both were fine - It IS pricey to buy as a whole (vs buying a single drink at a store) and compared to the other options out there - Sometimes if you dont drink it immediately or the same day it can separate and the flavor will be off
