I was so burnt out. Caffeine did not help. I had a low grade ache all over my body. I remember when I was young, a farmer saying that he mostly treated his pigs with minerals and had good success. The first day I started this drink - I got all of my todos done! That hadnt happened in a while! This drink worked so well for me that I barely need any caffeine drinks. (I just forget to use them!) I have since tried the Sprouts Brand. - Not nearly as good. but OK in a pinch but Liquid IV is my go to drink. I works out to less money than I used to spend on sugary caffeine drinks. I like the Passion Fruit. The Pina Colada - not as much. Caution: Ive ordered a few times and if they send you the wrong flavor - you cannot return it!!

I was skeptical when I ordered these, but was very pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed them. Now I will preface this by saying that the powered does give the water a thicker consistency (think pedialyte) so if this is off putting to you, I wouldn’t recommend. The consistency didn’t bother be and so I really did enjoy the flavor. It was a strong flavor without being overwhelming. I did also notice that I felt much more hydrated throughout my day. I often forget to drink as much water as I should, and with these not only did the flavor make me want to drink more, but I felt just as hydrated with 1 bottle as I would with multiple regular water bottles. Overall, if you are on the fence, I would say go for it!!

I travel a lot and apparently as I hit my mid 40s I have become incredibly susceptible to dehydration. It put me in the hospital last year on a motorcycle ride in Arizona and almost again this year. When Im on my trips, and even when Im home sometimes (if I workout or just dont drink enough) I get wicked debilitating leg cramps. My hammies seize up, my calves as well and they even begin to twitch on their own. Its so bad that on flights Ive had issues in cramped places (bathrooms) where I almost cant function. Alcohol makes it worse, and unfortunately, Im a very social person with a very social job. Its been so bad lately though that I have had to limit myself to one or two drinks in an evening, which is not helpful to my work. Ive also noticed that my heart rate goes through the roof when Im having these episodes and Im wondering how close to a serious heart issue Ive come to at times. I felt like I was dying and my body was shutting down. My doctor is a bit useless on this and while I try to drink enough, its often hard as I am never sure where my next bathroom will be. I tried this stuff and I havent felt this good in years. Im on a trip now half way around the world and Ive been using the stuff for 4 days. No cramps, no insane unquenchable thirst each morning...I feel AMAZING! This isnt some BS review. Im a real person and this product is a miracle to me. I wish I had found it 5 years ago when these symptoms began. I only take it once or twice a day depending on how depleted I feel and thats all it takes. Beyond that, you can actually feel the energy coming back to your body almost immediately. I also feel less itchy at night, which I didnt realize was another sign of dehydration. This stuff is freaking awesome. Its not the best tasting stuff in the world, but its more than tolerable for a quick chug at the beginning and/or end of the day. These cramps where so painful and would strike at all times, whether sitting, walking, standing up or worst of all...sleeping, waking me in the middle of the night with agonizing pain in one leg that would often then move to the other leg as well. It was HORRIBLE. I would do commercials for these guys. I feel like this product saved me. FOR REAL!

These do offer great hydration and I use them when out on a hike or at the gym. If youre trying to cut sugar, these do have sugar in them. I mainly use them for the hangovers and they work pretty well for that. My favorite is the ones with the immune boost.

Im a professional dancer, and weight train (powerbuilding) 5/6x a week, so I carry around A LOT of water on the go. Liquid IV has completely changed the game for me. Just a few sips during studio time - or at the gym - and I immediately feel less fatigued and thirsty. Just half a pouch keeps me satiated for 2 hours during training. Its great if you hate having to go to the bathroom constantly. I also like to drink it an hour or so before bed so that Im feeling energized when I wake up. You get dehydrated during the night as youre spending 8hrs or so with NO water, so liquid IV solves that issue. Im sure the main competitor (forgot the name) is great as well, but I have no need to try it, or any other electrolyte-esque drink. Liquid IV is the only one youre going to need, I guarantee it.

Love the passion fruit IVs. So delicious and they make me feel refreshed.

Used these when travelling on a plane or when not feeling well. Seemed to help keep the crud away. Just wish each unit price was not so expensive. I prefer Passion Fruit over other flavors.

Work well, like the flavor
