First off, I do like the brand. However, this flavor is overly sweet so it is not my favorite. The tangerine one is much better and a lighter taste. One area for improvement would be their individual packaging. These packets are more of a paper type so it can absorb humidity in the air causing the powder to crumble, like when you expose your seasonings to moisture. You can still use it but its in chunks instead of powders. I would recommend they change over to a less permeable package that will not allow moisture in over time. On my first order, about half the packets were already hardened a bit instead of free moving powder.

Love these! They taste great and boost my hydration BUT there is 11 grams of sugar in ONE. Did not realize that until after I bought them.

Used this product in the past and it’s great, unfortunately the bag we just had delivered and was sealed, only had 14 packets in it. NOT 16…

My husband asked an ED doctor what he can do to keep me from dehydrated every day. The hospital is 1 hour away and the ambulances were getting extremely expensive. The trick is get your favorite flavor, mine is: Passion Fruit.

Im a professional dancer, and weight train (powerbuilding) 5/6x a week, so I carry around A LOT of water on the go. Liquid IV has completely changed the game for me. Just a few sips during studio time - or at the gym - and I immediately feel less fatigued and thirsty. Just half a pouch keeps me satiated for 2 hours during training. Its great if you hate having to go to the bathroom constantly. I also like to drink it an hour or so before bed so that Im feeling energized when I wake up. You get dehydrated during the night as youre spending 8hrs or so with NO water, so liquid IV solves that issue. Im sure the main competitor (forgot the name) is great as well, but I have no need to try it, or any other electrolyte-esque drink. Liquid IV is the only one youre going to need, I guarantee it.

I travel a lot and apparently as I hit my mid 40s I have become incredibly susceptible to dehydration. It put me in the hospital last year on a motorcycle ride in Arizona and almost again this year. When Im on my trips, and even when Im home sometimes (if I workout or just dont drink enough) I get wicked debilitating leg cramps. My hammies seize up, my calves as well and they even begin to twitch on their own. Its so bad that on flights Ive had issues in cramped places (bathrooms) where I almost cant function. Alcohol makes it worse, and unfortunately, Im a very social person with a very social job. Its been so bad lately though that I have had to limit myself to one or two drinks in an evening, which is not helpful to my work. Ive also noticed that my heart rate goes through the roof when Im having these episodes and Im wondering how close to a serious heart issue Ive come to at times. I felt like I was dying and my body was shutting down. My doctor is a bit useless on this and while I try to drink enough, its often hard as I am never sure where my next bathroom will be. I tried this stuff and I havent felt this good in years. Im on a trip now half way around the world and Ive been using the stuff for 4 days. No cramps, no insane unquenchable thirst each morning...I feel AMAZING! This isnt some BS review. Im a real person and this product is a miracle to me. I wish I had found it 5 years ago when these symptoms began. I only take it once or twice a day depending on how depleted I feel and thats all it takes. Beyond that, you can actually feel the energy coming back to your body almost immediately. I also feel less itchy at night, which I didnt realize was another sign of dehydration. This stuff is freaking awesome. Its not the best tasting stuff in the world, but its more than tolerable for a quick chug at the beginning and/or end of the day. These cramps where so painful and would strike at all times, whether sitting, walking, standing up or worst of all...sleeping, waking me in the middle of the night with agonizing pain in one leg that would often then move to the other leg as well. It was HORRIBLE. I would do commercials for these guys. I feel like this product saved me. FOR REAL!
