OMG! I bought this stuff while California was in lockdown! I almost forgot I had it as I had squirreled it away in my secret stash of vitamins, supplements and other immune supporting goodies. Well, well, well... So after going stir crazy for being at home, I decided to take a long plane ride to another US territory. Usually, I avoid alcohol while traveling, but always manage to keep some caffeine in my system. (Bad idea.) I stuffed a few packets of this stuff in my carry on, and then asked for water whenever the flight attendants came around. It tastes GREAT, and kept me hydrated for a long period of time. It sufficiently staved off hunger pangs (sometimes hunger is just your body telling you to hydrate), but I never felt jet-lagged, or suffered from swollen ankles. (Yes, compression socks help, but they can only do so much.) Its also perfect for before/after work-outs, really hot days, or just anytime you need some extra hydration. Keep in mind: It is relatively high in sodium (500 mg or less) depending on the flavor, but sodium is a necessary component for hydration! YOU WONT REGRET THIS!

This is by far my fav flavor of liquid iv. Used to only take before drinking and it would save me from hangovers. But now I drink one everyday and I feel great!

I’ve tried almost all flavors and the watermelon one is the most refreshing. Great product, great price, must try!

As the title says, this tastes like youre drinking a whole watermelon. Not just the good part on the inside, the whole dang thing. Its a little weird.

These LiquidIVs are great. After using one I am using the bathroom all day long! I feel refreshed an hydrated all day. The flavor is also good. Unlike most watermelon flavored things, this isnt sour its more sweet. I do put mine into a 32 oz water bottle instead of a 16 oz. I would definitely recommend this flavor over the Lemon Lime.

Helped my husband with muscle cramps. Highly recommend.
