I started using this product over a month ago. My first purchase was the passion fruit flavor which I did not like at all and almost stopped using the product just because of the taste. I noticed that it was helping me and wanted to see if I could find an alternative and so I then ordered the watermelon and am much happier as the taste is more agreeable. I have some nutritional deficiencies and tend to get weak after being active. This product has helped me with that. I will continue using.

I brought Liquid IV on recent vacation in tropical country and it kept me hydrated during two week trip. Taste is pleasant, easy to mix in water bottle. I will purchase again.

This is by far my fav flavor of liquid iv. Used to only take before drinking and it would save me from hangovers. But now I drink one everyday and I feel great!

This is the first time I have bought and tried this product. I tried the watermelon and found the flavor was a bit too strong in an 8 oz bottle. After being able to add more water, it wasn’t too bad. I’ve learned to only use 1/2 a package at a time and would definitely try other flavors in the future. On the up side, I did have more energy during the day. When I’m at work I don’t have the opportunity to drink water. This really helped.

I use liquid IV for workouts and I love it. I am also prone to migraines and have noticed that sometimes I can prevent a migraine from proceeding if I drink a liquid iv when I feel the headache coming on. Definitely recommend.

I was buying these in the smaller packs at a large retail store, but for the amount you get in the package and price it was crazy! I found these online and it definitely saves to buy in larger packages. I’ll be buying these again. Also going to try the different flavors I haven’t been able to find in the stores

Still kind of tastes like syrup but it’s the best one I’ve tried out of these so far. My favorite hangover cure

Out of all the liquid IV’s that I have tried, watermelon is definitely the best.
