it works good in the heat. I work in the sun for 12 hours in a day on a ship. Great taste it works.

I like that I received this within a day of ordering. I like the taste - a tiny hint of saltiness. I’m using this for when I don’t drink enough water during the day at work or on heavy workout days. Probably will buy again.

We were having trouble getting my 88-year-old Dad to drink water. His complaint was that water is boring. He was dehydrated and it was starting to affect him negatively. I was desperate and tried Liquid IV and guess what he LOVES it. After drinking it daily for a week I could see an immediate difference in his skin, and he has a nice rosy glow back on his face. I ordered a case of this stuff, and he loves the watermelon flavor.

Tried it with room temperature water and gagged- it tasted like straight salt with watermelon after taste. I tried again with freezing cold water and it did the trick:nice watermelon flavor with no harsh kick of salt. But it absolutely has to be cold. It does work for hydration. I notice after even one bottle of water mixed with this packet my lips, mouth, skin, and body weren’t so dehydrated. I recommend as long as you drink it cold. Price point could be better.

As the title says, this tastes like youre drinking a whole watermelon. Not just the good part on the inside, the whole dang thing. Its a little weird.

While still salty like all products in this category, the flavor in the Watermelon variety is the best Ive found. Some people eat watermelons with salt, so this doesnt shock me. Easy to drink and surprisingly effective. I thought I was hydrated, and maybe I was hydrated & its more just the benefits of the electrolytes, but this has all but completely eliminated my daily headaches.

I got the watermelon flavor and it sucks but I am very active and live in a dry place and am often dehydrated and this works great for dehydration. I can tough out the flavor for the results. If the taste is too strong I just add more water and its more ok.

Using this product I dont run out of water where I usually would. I recommend.
