I brought Liquid IV on recent vacation in tropical country and it kept me hydrated during two week trip. Taste is pleasant, easy to mix in water bottle. I will purchase again.

My doctor recommended Liquid IV to me two years ago. I have an intense dislike for the heavy salty taste of Gatorade and similar products. Liquid IV hydration tastes great and keeps the severe cramps away after intense workouts. I use a half packet per 20oz of water and drink two of them. I dont like it too sweet. I’ve tried most of the flavors and prefer the watermelon and strawberry. Try it and see if it works for you.

So, the watermelon flavor for me isnt very good, I have tried Lemon Lime and Passion Fruit, the watermelon you can tell it might be a little older, all the others in my experience float to the bottom of the bottle, watermelon did not. When I went to shake it up there were white floating balls in my bottle, when I took a sip I couldnt finish the bottle no matter how I tried. I love the other flavors, however this one is ... something else.

Though this is a bit pricey, that all goes away when youre sorely dehydrated and gun this down. The taste is perfect for thirst and really helps on hydration, whether feeling rough in the morning or just after a workout. For the former, just remember to drink before going to sleep!

I have tried a bunch of flavors and watermelon is hands down the best. Strawberry tastes like cough syrup and orange is pretty bad as well. Lemon and pinna colada isn’t bad either.

I ordered this product to keep me hydrated since its hard for me to drink H20 alone. Liquid Iv hydration helps with mixing it into my water cause it gives my water flavor. The taste in ok it just tastes a little salty. For the most part its great!
