For those that like Liquid IV, watermelon flavor is the best so far in the product line. Ive had 5 other flavors and enjoy this one the most!.

it works good in the heat. I work in the sun for 12 hours in a day on a ship. Great taste it works.

This is the first time I have bought and tried this product. I tried the watermelon and found the flavor was a bit too strong in an 8 oz bottle. After being able to add more water, it wasn’t too bad. I’ve learned to only use 1/2 a package at a time and would definitely try other flavors in the future. On the up side, I did have more energy during the day. When I’m at work I don’t have the opportunity to drink water. This really helped.

I wanted to like these…I wanted to stay hydrated longer…but this has wayyyy too much sugar, gave me headaches. Couldn’t finish all of it

I love this ! working in a hospital, is very dry. I drink this and it helps me keep hydrided.

The flavors are great and I can get past the high sugar by watering them down, but why do you have to add silica dioxide to this? I know its used as an anti clumping and filler agent, but it seems unnecessary to add to this product. Its not a food and cant be processed by the body.

I found some for half the price with the same ingredients, but I do like some other flavors better so it’s a tossup, but these are just too expensive

We were having trouble getting my 88-year-old Dad to drink water. His complaint was that water is boring. He was dehydrated and it was starting to affect him negatively. I was desperate and tried Liquid IV and guess what he LOVES it. After drinking it daily for a week I could see an immediate difference in his skin, and he has a nice rosy glow back on his face. I ordered a case of this stuff, and he loves the watermelon flavor.

This is a MUST HAVE ON HAND item, especially during the warmer months. It makes your whole body feel better almost immediately when suffering the effects of dehydration. My mom is a VERY ACTIVE 87 year old...heavy gardening, line dancing, and very stubborn about doing things herself. I make sure she ALWAYS has some of this stuff on hand when she starts to feel worn out aka. totally dehydrated. She loves it and I cant prove it, but I believe it has even saved her life a couple of times! Faster and much more effective than any other sports drink or rehydration drink.
