Passion fruit is easy to to drink but the sugar content is so high. Not sure if comparable products do the same.

I like the taste. My doctor said I need to drink more water and it helps me to do that,

I exclusively breastfeed my LO and this boost my supply and keeps me hydrated. The flavor of the passion fruit is far worse than the lemon though. Think two table spoons of Jungle juice with a half gallon of water. It barely has a flavor at all. The lemon lime doesn’t taste amazing but it’s bare able at least.

First found out about this product because it is given to wildfire fighters to help them stay hydrated. I have used electrolyte tabs in the past with good success. Although I dont always love the sweet drink electrolyte mixes, this a nice option to brighten up plain water and stay hydrated. Personally use it for cycling or other workouts in hot conditions. I wish they sold a bulk powder mix to reduce packaging waste.

I absolutely love this stuff. My favorite flavor is the passion fruit. It’s GREAT for hangovers and I always drink it when I work out and it helps me stay hydrated. The packaging is not very environmentally friendly but I understand it’s meant to be revel friendly. I highly recommend this . I always buy another bag before I run out !

less sugar than Gatorade. I recommend but use a good bit of water because it is a little salty. Lime flavor the best. hydrates well, we play beach volleyball and loose a lot of water that way. recommend!

These are amazing to have after having a few drinks. Wake up with no dehydration or hangover. They are also great before and after exercise. Some of the flavors are really sweet so I put in more water than needed to ease that.

Works good but the price is a little much

I can drink a littler of water like nothing with these packages after a good workout. They taste great, but yea they’re a bit in the pricey side... the actual company has coupons if you sign up. Sometimes 20-30% off if you subscribe and buy from them directly
